Get em all out in one place and talk breifly through all of your current ones or something. Recently bought an everlast reflex bag for 40 uk pounds. From what I've seen its a cobra bag with the spring at the bottom. Not expexting great things, but need something to tick my reflexes over. Unfortunately I have nowhere to hang a bag and not enough money to afford a freestanding heavy bag so I've had to settle on this one, but it should be enough. Any recomendations to keep this sort of thing lasting?
Set up my home gym and it now has a proper layout. (Some require sound deadening) Testing out my newer gloves and breaking them in. Constant movement. Currently breaking in my Adidas 300x Hybrid gloves. Much better than I expected. I don't think you did a review on these. Adidas gloves or usually poor and mailed in but, these are really nice. Usually I go 16oz for workout at 175lbs....okay 182lbs at 6ft and I notice most boxers I come across are about 5'7 150 at most. I don't know why this is? Cultural perhaps or due to the movement required or who humans see in the ring. Setting up the bags properly and having the space is paramount. You offered precise information and perspective. [New white/black Cleto Reyes 16oz gloves haven't been broken in as well) -I do enjoy your videos

People in studio apartments cannot do bags and they cannot drill ceilings. The extra drag is that most apts have closed their gyms and pools :/ I just think a lot of people are going to struggle with motivation if it's months of isolation and away from their trainers.
I agree apartments are always difficult to find boxing gym like solutions. When I used to live in an apartment I would use a free standing punching bag as a supplement.
Try the egg weights...if you get a heavy pair of those and throw on some sweats or plastics and add in a jump rope trust me you will get a great workout. ✌️
I prefer to jump rope for cardio I don’t know why or do Elliptical also or jog a few miles jogging a few miles isn’t fun but it’s what is necessary to gain stamina I personally would like to build a home little gym whenever something like this happens again you never know

I recommend an additional 2 feet or radius from where you stand with your jab fully extended on the bag. That way you have enough room to move in and out/ pivot/ work all your movement unobstructed
This helps me a lot with building my home gym. I focussed more on the strenght training aspect as im not a boxer myself. However i love boxing so i wanted the buy some stuff to start doing that. What is better and more fun to start with, heavybag+cobra bag or heavybag+double end ball?

Not really, light weights and just body weight exercises. Functional/ boxing type exercises for explosiveness. Not here for a bodybuilding competition.

Thanks man! For the reflex bag just use it as intended, people throw haymakers which is pointless, use it for timing and reflexes

I just made sure my studs were reinforced in the ceiling and braced properly

TC "Triple Cuff" is usually the standard term used. Mostly found in Mexican gloves.
