How exciting!! You’re gonna love it there, there are so many new gluten free places opening, but the ones I mentioned you will enjoy! Even there’s a restaurant called Gourmandises that serves you on different plates and utensils that have not been contaminated by gluten. They have a different sink to wash them, it’s crazy how careful they are. Just heads up, being gluten free there is expensive, as it’s not the regular diet the average salvadoran can afford
I think Kalpataru Restaurante offers many vegan options too. I think it's one of the oldest vegetarian restaurants in ES, since early 80's (when being vegan in ES was considered to be crazy, I know because my mom was vegan and that is what people thought). Things have changed now and people are getting more health conscious little by little and there are more options.
HI. A long time ago in a job i had i worked with a few ladys from el salvador. And she gave me some lemonade she had. It was the beat lemonade I ever had. It had a flavor in it that i couldnt figure out what it was. Do you know?

Didn’t know they even had vegan options since a lot of their meals include meat and dairy. THANK YOU

I’m not vegan but I love vegan food. I have a milk allergy, and soy bloats me but still enjoy some soy cuisine.
