Ah, it's simply just a immolate + making sure imp casts firebolts!

You can! You just need to track debuff on enemy target. Im pretty sure you can even filter it out to only track spells by you, at least you could in power auras.

If you dont have the haste buff, i reckon it would be more DPS to just go for full haste!

I could only answer question 1, and that would have to be gnome or troll, troll because of beserker and more damage vs beast, gnome because of increased mana pool

There's an addon called fonter which changes all the righting in the game, damage font, chat, unit frames etc :)
