Honestly, I think the Proletarian Revolution should've been a weapon made by Tediore with a different name in Borderlands 2. That way, characters like Axton and Salvadore could actually use this more effectively than other weapons. In the case of Sal, it could replace the Infinity and allow him to boost its damage potential through "I'm Your Huckleberry" as well as pull off even bigger strings of Money Shots compared to many other weapons. In the case of Axton, it could be used as an alternative option to the Baby Maker and other Tediore weapons, since it would easily have a larger magazine size than quite a few Tediore weapons, effectively boosting it's reload damage to levels that could "possibly" rival the damage levels of weapons like sniper rifles and rocket launchers. Right now however, as it is a Borderlands the Pre Sequel exclusive, I don't see it being of much worth to characters outside of maybe Aurelia and Nisha.
Yeah the gun has one of the highest dps for pistols in the pre sequel, I think it's the fastest firing vladof pistol, it's a better anarchist which is already a great weapon. The effect is pointless, but the gun is awesome, he should make a seperate video for worst gun effects I think.

The Rapier wasn't made to be shot, you are using Jack with a rocket launcher, and only using the splash damage, that pistol that increases FFYL is meant to be a normal pistol with a slight passive. It is better than a normal Vladof pistol therefore. The Patriot hits like a freight train, and there's no point sitting a mile away and trying to shoot people anyway. The Proletarian Revolution is meant to be a normal Vladof pistol that isn't reloaded as often, not another Infinity pistol, because that gun fucking sucked. The Shredifier is absolutely amazing, and the comparison to the Infinity is irrelevant, as the Shredifier is of an inferior gun type. Of course it's fucking worse.

The Patriot seems like it's not supposed to be used for sniping. Hear me out. The biggest difference between a sniper rifle and assault rifle is that an assault rifle fires much more quickly with a higher magazine size, with a lower damage output. A gatling sniper with a high magazine size is effectively a assault rifle with slower RoF and higher damage. But it still has a sniper's innate critical hit damage bonus. I think it's meant for performing head-shots at point blank with Zer0, or Gaige with a Anarchy/close-enough build. For Zer0 it can take advantage of his sniper specific bonuses while being used as a close range weapon. Velocity doubles the bullet's speed and the at one with the gun skill provides hip-fire bonuses and reload speed, negating any disadvantages for a close quarter sniper build.
I agree with you for every weapon except number one - I have a bias towards spiniguns (mainly because of the concept) and the shreadifier was the first legendary I desperately wanted. Great video though, not bashing for the number 1 pick - that would be silly.
Out of all of the manufacturers in BL2, I think Jakobs and Dahl are my favorites. Maliwan and Hyperion are very close contenders. Bandit is just ass, though they have good launchers and shotguns.

I.. dont think the Shredifier being shit was the fault of the gun, but rather all assault rifles being garbage. The Shredifier is alreafy above other spiniguns due to the fire rate being retained longer. In the average melee, you shouldn't have to rev it up more than once, and if you do, you're using it wrong. Assault rifles as a class of weapons need a global damage buff.
The love thumper on Zero...unwise unless you like FFYL. And you say the Shredifier sucks, but it killed an (admittedly slagged) Goliath without ADS in a little under its base mag size. It's a decent weapon. I dislike spinguns generally because of the spinup, but it's reduced a lot on the Shredifier. I have a lvl 29 Jakobs pistol that does 1000 damage. I used to hate Jakobs weapons. This one is acceptable.
