Haha, you’re not kidding, I don’t think most realize how crazy this trail is. There’s people creeping around and camping the whole way. My headlight is my less than lethal defense, if I encounter a sketchy situation they get the beam, otherwise I focus it away from the people I pass.
Yes, there are encampments all along the creek trail that I don’t catch, little campfires with groups of people, and homelessness in Santa Ana is definitely high. There’s a lot I don’t capture.
