Never heard of it either. I use to work for someone who partnered with a lot of fashion brands, and shop small business to sell at their shops. This one is unheard.
To even open they probably need to be up to code- the door is probably just not opened all the way or there’s a removable section Either way kinda stupid to have that since even people of their ideal size all have different body types like broader shoulders or bigger chests/butts
As it may seem rude or fat shaming it actually shouldn’t make that much of a big to deal to people because some stores have different options about who they want shopping, if it’s skinny people or fat that’s their choice.
I know that it’s seen as body shaming to not be inclusive in sizes but people don’t think about all of the girls that are tall and skinny and having a hard time finding clothes that fit…
@@SB.beaded I am not joking. ok the thing is tho, there r many brands that r just for plus sized and for smaller people, it can be hard to find things that fit u and look good on u when ur petite so i don’t see an issue with a store have a certain size range cuz many brands do. although the workers can be rude from what i heard from other comments which is awful but the size issue im sorry if u disagree but i don’t see a problem. like i said before MANY brands do this for other sizes to
Back when I was a teen there was a store literally called “5-7-9” and those were the sizes it carried in the store. I think it expanded at one point and then it closed completely. So I guess that was sort of a “Mean Girls store” of my time.. (I’m 40 btw lol).
But it’s actually a good business idea. All the clothes are one size so they aren’t wasting money with sizes that may not sell and they’ve created a high demand which should ensure it all sells. It’s actually rather clever but yeah it’s definitely mean - I have a feeling that’s part of it like the restaurant where the waitresses insult you
@@Catherine.Dorian. the restaurant where they insult you is just a joking gimmick a store like this is trying to peer pressure or bully others by saying if you can't fit our clothes your fat to gain more attention while it's good that they are supporting a healthy lifestyle and give smaller women clothes that fit but the way they they chose to run the store is rather questionable

What’s wrong with them only making clothes for smaller ppl? There are brands only for more overweight people that don’t promote smaller people using their brand at all, so what’s the difference? There are just as many people who need smaller sizes as there are bigger. Some women or girls might not be as curvy or don’t fit into size small and might need xs or xxs🤷♀️ Not to mention, if they’re popular and don’t feel the need to have deals or send free stuff to ppl that’s ok. Either way kinda stupid to have that since even people of their ideal size all have different body types like broader shoulders or bigger chests/butts
