Social, gender equality, and human rights activist, Rosa Namises, announced recently that she will run as an independent candidate for Namibia’s Presidential elections, in November 2024. She joins three more women on the ballot this year, making this a historic election for Namibia. Namises, a former secretary general of Congress of Democrats, COD, and parliamentarian, spoke to Breakfast In The Desert this morning, sharing insight on what her presidential campaign promises.
