SAAR Customs: Bear

The SodorAndAmericanRailroad Customs are back, or technically starting over, if you can bearly believe it.
Final note: I painted the BR Bear in 'Craft Smart' Neon Blue, and NWR Bear in 'Craft Smart' Holiday Green.
It's a little wordy and lengthy, I'll work on scripting them and making them shorter for future ones.
