See how he goes full throttle in the middle of a tight corner and the car just grips and slingshots out of it. Indicates two things. a) It's a heavily modified GT2 supension wise because a stock old 911 would just step its back out in that situation, b) The driver is not only skilled but has serious aggression. That's rediculously impressive for a guy at 70 years of age let alone for one in their 30's. I thoroughly enjoyed the video, thanks for uploading it.
Also, great modern super sticky tires. A widow-maker late 1970s or early 1980s 911 Turbo becomes pretty docile with modern tires. And these are very likely Avon slicks specifically made for Hill Climbs and made to last only 5-10 km but to give you absolute F1-qualifying performance for the couple of minutes they last.
Hey man, it is the traction control. You can hear the stopping sound. Look at the launch-off. No car would grip out full power like this, even with such a chewing gums on. They are apparent at the tight-throwing corners. 70 years. Wow. I love his approach. Fit and healthy man.
No kidding plus take a look at 4:35 when he goes thru the S he dips too much into the side of the road while the car was still bouncing from the previous curve.

How do you keep a twin turbo engine cool enough with just air cooling? Does it work due to the very short duration of the runs (and ice water), or is there water-meth injection going on? Or is it running on methanol? (cools automatically)
look at a pic of one, there's a big fan/shroud blowing air through cooling fins on the heads plus it has a large capacity dry sump oil reserve/radiator so it gets significant internal cooling from oil circulation
the man is 70. I bet he had along career of driving cars without power steering and it might even be that this one does't have any power steering either to save weight.
