17:55 As for elemental dps, Fest Yurie is not superior to DQ Marie, mainly because bold vigor a3 is just superior to 30% fatal, and she can reach stupid amount of atk with her kit and base stats. the only reason yurie is used right now is because xmas marie exists, and theres enough dps to go by but xmas marie is just an excellent support, buffing 90% temp crit dmg with no first strike debris or anything, that means 90% straight up more damage. yurie is very good obviously, and thanks to season bonus she does a fuckton of damage, and still very good kit. but if xmas marie didnt exist, marie would be used in wave 3 over yurie (both off type because long animations). DQ Marie is the strongest bold (off type) generic dps, same way as abyssal hina is the go-to pick for caged (off type) generic dps (even though NY griff now kinda takes that slot actually, as he also grants team pursuit, but hes more of a subdps that guarantees an extra 5 capped hit cs regardless, as his cs is non wind but crit conditional). 23:30 As for why summer yurie is above fest saryu (you're looking at pve supports, pve enemies dont crit). summer yurie provides more in the sense that her buffs and debuffs are easier to stack due to them being 45s, and also better weapons availability for gun and water specifically compared to light staves. but either way even in pvp, you're likely not gonna see a fest saryu without a summer yurie, because saryu only debuffing for 30s (also fest saryu means you're a stall team), things are just gonna run out real quick before the enemy is even done with their whole skills, and thats why summer yurie is there to extend those -atk and -crit to 45s, and also stacking them up to -100% atk and -70% crit, which is huge by itself, doesnt matter that she has 50% indom over saryu 70%, they complement each other, and the general bulkiness by having saryu stack those debuffs make your team much more durable even after indom has been taken away. That said, there are indeed some "oversights" about the order of some units as opposed to others, because at some point its just way too hard to categorize them one better than the other, simply because each has their own little nichè, and theres no really comparing them, so at some point its mainly about the tier they're in, maybe the first few are in order, but the rest almost cannot follow a standard order in a vacuum. they all have their reasons to be there. 28:38 DQ Marie is up there as a sniper (snipers being pretty dead anyway in stall team indom meta) because of her insane damage potential due to her kit and her having access to basically the best weapons that complement the sniper archetype (rod gayle sword main hand, refined subj staff, ny marie sword), making her very fast with 2 subj weapons and another temp agi one, while having insane killing potential. more than murder kitty, which suffers from not having these strong weapon availability. Rod 063y casually being always in the top 3 and many #1 in so god damn many categories, 20% passive team pursuit + valiance + very good damage himself is just so god damn crazy. like easily the strongest support in the game and hes a god damn freebie, crazy. Festive Lev was absolute trash from the moment he was datamined lol, the haste karma fiasco only reinforced him being garbo. The fact you have to use him proficient, one aa going off before his cs, then his cs taking up 3-4s, maaaybe only one more going through after that, and because he has absolutely no damage capabilities, his reflect would do no damage. also his kit is 100% selfish, no actual mitigation, no team passives, everything only about himself, doesnt help anyone else from getting sniped on the first aa. and he gets killed in one skill because hes just that bad and squishy. The only reason xmas marie TEAM defiance is much more effective, is because the team can be built with like fully offensive builds, glass cannon on the other dps and even herself, plus the 30% crit dmg amplification, means that a sniper going in on say a bold turret / sniper you have and them getting counter-killed just like that, if it was a fast team with no indom (which are way too rare nowadays anyway, but worked wonders before ny sarafa, and got so many kills or close / disabling bold units that almost kill themselves by aaing on you) Good tier list, good picks, i approve 😊

New year Yudil is an arena sniper with an instant cs that has hits, and it casts a really valuable effect “compromised” which disables provoke, dauntless and more. Divine Yudil is one of my all time favorites, god tier dark support but casts dauntless on the entire party with his cs that charges very fast.
Man gunna miss this game. Best story in mobile game history!
