AGAINST ALL ODDS IS SUCH A GOOD BLAINE SOLO. everyone is so obsessed w cough syrup that they dont appreciate other blaine songs. dont stop me now, against all odds, hopelessyly devoted, piano man, and somewhere only we know are get overshadowed by cough syrup lol

Yea... I feel like Cough Syrup and Teenage Dream overshadow everything else he did. Darren Criss is one of those once in a generation talents and had so many really great performances. Obviously, cough syrup is GREAT but there's so many other good ones! I personally really love Beauty School Dropout... Piano Man is also really great. Honestly, I find it difficult to find a song Darren did poorly. A lot of times the songs he did that I didn't like had more to do with arrangement and not his actual voice.

Chris’ covers of Being Alive, Some People, Defying Gravity, basically all his show tunes covers are heavenly. i will not be taking criticism because there is no criticism to take. also Somewhere Only We Know and I Have Nothing deserve so much more love.
Chris has such an amazing broadway voice, wish we could have got more.

Is it only me or is Le Jazz Hot one of Kurt’s best song? I think it’s underrated. This is the first list I’ve ever seen that it has made it on.

correct me if I'm wrong but he only had 6 solos lol. Close To You was originally my #50 but I had forgotten Mustang Sally and I do admit Girls On Film should be in here. Sam's my favorite character believe it or not (or at least in the top 3) so I have no intention of underselling him. His other solo was Red Solo Cup and let's be honest, not super vocally impressive.
Ada Harris i personally put billionaire in my top 5 performance in all the show so it would be second for me in that video, just behind cough syrup. It’s true that he did not have enough solo though. Your video was good overall, I just wanted to let you know my point of view.

Sam was utilized much more for duets and group numbers. My favorite Sam song is Human Nature, which is in my top 5 of best duets.

As If We Never Said Goodbye, Take Care of Yourself, I've Gotta Be Me and Rose's Turn are all so UNDERRATED and GOOD. All were well desereved places.
I love this ranking because here Kurt appears many times and he had always been undervalued.

I love that vocal adrenaline was a rock cover Glee club in the first season lol
I love Kurt’s voice (I know many disagree, I just naturally love and prefer high singers) I loved “Hold my hand” “Rose’s turn” and many more.
Side note: Did anyone else like Rachel’s (Lea’s) voice yet she got so many solos that I got tired of her voice and kinda hate it now? Or is that only me?
Annika Lowery kurts voice is amazing and no I always enjoyed hearing her sing cause her voice and control is amazing

Annika...yes to both. I also think a lot of song choices for Rachel could have gone to Mercedes, Santana, Quinn, Tina, Marley, Kitty, Jane, and Madison...especially the last 2 since they had the least number of solos out of all ND female singers (since they were also on the shortest season of “Glee”).

I like how the majority of the list was Darren Criss and Chris Colfer
They should have done more Country or songs that highlighted the deeper voices (Puck, Jake, Rory, Roderick). The guys never really got a fair shake.
Country would have worked more for Roderick, Sam, Finn, and Puck. Jake's voice hangs in the R & B area (with hints of pop) and Rory's voice was better suited for slower standards. His “Blue Christmas” is good, though. If only we could have seen Sam's first week as a teacher!
@@jinakaye I agree. Sam, Puck, Santana, Kitty were the country wheelhouse voices. But the or comment was just highlighting deeper voices in general. Jake, Roderick, Rory, and Brody were deeper voiced but better suited for other genres.

I’m so glad I’ve Gotta Be Me is so high! I believe it is the best Finn solo in the show. It really showcases Cory’s growth as a singer and it just sounds really great! He really rocks jazz and rock music. It perfectly suits his voice.
Imo it’s the 2nd best Finn solo but it’s extremely underrated

Stephanie Majors darren criss’ voice is definitely more suited to the songs they sing on glee. it’s a shame they didn’t get jonathan groff to do any musical theatre songs but i guess they didn’t fit his character
