Keep scrapping & Have fun!
Street scrapping is like opening presents on Christmas morning.
i think the same 😂
Bring out the popcorn one hour of street scrapping ill sit back en enjoy the show thanks ben
Yep I've been hanging to get my scrapping fix too !
Ben is the only one street scrapping I watch from start to finish.
Hi Ewaste Ben! I wanted to thank you for one of the best summers I have ever had! I've watched your videos for a few years but never had time to go out scraping as you know and demonstrate Ewaste takes a long long time to process. But during the quarantine and my company (I quit and got a much better job now) had reduced hours I had time to actually scrap(I've been gold recovery/silver refining for several years) any way the fun I had watching your videos while out going out scrapping and had spent the most quality time with my Girlfriend of 12years (she tagged along we went 3 - 4 times a week) all of the gold and money from scrapping is not close to the value of fun and time I spent with her this summer! From being attacked by a baby raccoon to seeing a massive non social distanced brawl in the street we've seen a lot and have memories to last a lifetime!
"that's one thing I get that the cord cutter doesn't" you are the cord cutter!!!
I would LOVE to go out scrapping just following this guy around. He leaves all of the scrap metal behind LOL😂
Enjoy it while you can , Because here in Brisbane the Brisbane City Council has just cancelled curbside collection until 2023. To shore up the deficit in the budget. More than likely will not return at all in 2023. One would assume other Councils around Australia will watching with interest
@Niel Smith think they will just do it every where then in three years it will be easy pickings
You're finding all these computers. In one video you've picked up more than I have found my entire scrapping career
Those 2 vintage lego sets are 40 years old. I had that blue car one when I was a kid back in 1980. They must be worth a lot.
New legos are worth a fortune. Vintage legos are practically gold.
Hey Ben I live in Syracuse New York and you're still my favorite at all the guys that I watch you're the only dude that I want it actually might go scraps like I do and I've learned a lot from you and I just want to thank you
Sitting down, relaxing while watching your videos. Keep it up ben! Do a part two of you unloading and scrapping what you got.
Love how happy you get when you find something good and dang you're quick n thorough!! Happy scraping!!
Every Saturday from April 1 to November 1, I Used to go to garage/yard sales and hit 30/40 in 6 hrs. Afterwards, I needed a short 30-60 minute nap.
Amazing cord and pc day.
,GREAT scraping Professor Ben.
☺☺☺😇😇😇
why i am happy when he says "hey pc haha😂😂😂" 😂😂
Because you must be a good type mate, good people get pleasure from other good people's happiness 👍
That pizza oven has some expensive fire bricks in it. Probably useful for the smelting area! Love your videos! Keep scrapping!
Nothing better than working, and having a long Ben video on! Keep them coming
19:16 “one the cord cutter doesn’t get” Ben you are the cord cutter lol
Your Killing Me!!! I had that lego set as a kid!!!! On eBay they sell for $100's!!!!!
Your lucky we have to ring up for council bulk side collection on the Central Coast in-between Sydney and Newcastle
@Paul Ellis I like that central coast idea where im at I could be the central coast of USA if we had one , The Gulf Coast lol
22:30 On those light bulbs, half the time if you flick them they'll come back on. I picked one up scrapping, plugged it in, flicked the bulb and two years later it's still working. Not bad for a free $65 light bulb. Especially since my mother can use the light to sell clothes.
Gosh this guy sure does love scrapping. How many people can say they truly love what they do.
Great day to make this video, my only concern is that you have inspired people to just gi down streets looking for cords. I do scrap and when I roll up on piles like that, it becomes disappointing to find small appliances without the cords as that is about 5 percent of the money that I can make. Stay safe
"ripped off here" he says, after just picking a "whole server". Bummer! lmao.
Just about to have my dinner, always good to watch your street scrapping!
I've watched the whole back catalogue of videos. Watching you street scap is my favourite hour of down time. Keep them coming.
Some great cable scores there, looking forward to see them being weighed in at the scrapyard 😁
Amazing how much stuff you find in one day. I enjoy watching your street scrap videos.
Wow Ben, good for you! HUGE eWaste haul and plenty of cord food. Other choice finds too! Really enjoyed your street Scrapping video. Just as I thought many months ago, with to the lockdown I figured people would be throwing out good stuff. But I never thought it would be loads of Modems! Geez, the last few street hunts have produced loads of Modems = modem Scrapping Marathon! Cheers 👍👍👍
@Jsuttian they are quick to break down and have good boards for him to sell to his board buyer. A quick buck in other words. Hope this helps.
best street scrapping for a bit! 😊 keep yer busy for a few hours there 😊
nice one! take care mate, cheers 🍺🍺🇬🇧
Hey Ben.
Omg I loved listening to the beautiful birds singing
When I came to oz back in ,2005,just after th tsunami.
Went to bangoc .it was bad.but I am loving the videos

Always enjoy your videos, great street scrapping.👍

I FINALLY GOT TO SEE THE FACE BEHIND THE CAMERA!!!! =D @46:42 reflected in the rear glass of the car. Nice to meet ya Ben! =)
I saw that to
The scrapping is so good he has to drive a little to catch his breath. That's a great day
So awesome to watch. And Thank you for doing what you are doing.
My guess is that the area has switched to NBN so all the ADSL stuff is no good anymore. Duplicates are because people kept their ild ones as backups...
Yes street scraping , have fun e-waste Ben
That was great fun. Thank you for taking me. My first time "with " you.
Hi Ben. One day I will go to Australia and help you for one scrap season. I love walking. Cheers from Atibaia - SP. Brazil
"Alright, alright, alright " finally a cold beer after work and PeeeCeee time with Ben ya 🍻🍻🍻 Cheers guys and greets from Berlin 😉👍
👍successful day nice touch with the server, when you picked up the blue posts I thought it could be used for the heavy mesh you picked up👍

It's nice to watch you get all this cool stuff. And I started watching the Victoria diggers with Australia gold here on UA-cam these guy's are digging up these big gold nuggets 4ouce nuggets an bigger.
5:50 he left one of those good crates behind, :(
Hello Ben, Just for fun!!. Technology is advancing and becoming cheaply available to all strata of public life. In future I expect Ben street scrapping with a drone ahead identifying the items in scrap. Ben stops only at the most valuable scrap pickings. Also the computer shows the most economic run of the van. He gets prices from all scrap yards around the world. On a typical street scrapping day Ben drives 1/10th of the milage, picks up 10 times more valuable material and he gets paid the best price by sending scrap to the highest payer. Soon Ben will be driving a Ferrari towing a Volvo truck. When he returns to his palace, robots sort the scrap and pack neatly. All copper cables along the swimming pool, aluminum around the garden, slot cards in the lobby, gold scrap in bed room etc.
Speaking of amiga, i found a whole dumpster filled with amiga and commodore computer collection last October :) . Once in a lifetime literally unbelievable find.
very fun scrap.
My favourite video..street scrap Australia style...here where I live in Ontario we are not allowed to put anything out that doesn’t fit in a closed lid bin....amazes me all the piles of garbage
Definitely a fun day ... best wishes and Merry Christmas from North Texas.....Happy Trails
Ben u should get what u can of scrap. If u need money u should get it. Have a great day
I've Ben waiting!!!
„Professional Cord Cutters” that*s a new one :))))))
You done well Benny boy!
Laptop docking stations have a board inside and plenty of gold connectors
Hey, Ben, you miss a cord on the fan around the 54:16 mark just letting you know this is one awesome video thanks
What an amazing heap of good stuff, congratulations!! :D
funny scrapped out pc and the board an all underneath 650 classic i dont see infront of me ether love your vids
Hey mister Ben, been watching you for a long time and really enjoy your vids, you have taught me a lot about scrapping electronics. I noticed you dont take all scrap steel, once and a while, like the pizza oven lol, I would grab the cast iron grates out of the various grills that are being trashed. Cast iron grates are more then shred and add up fast! I think I am getting 117 dollars a ton and shred is 90 dollars a ton. Just a random thought! Merry Christmas to you LOL.
Oh and I'm amazed how everyone has their stuff like that on the curb, not that way in America, yours looks better.
Oh wow, not taking the Lego.. I would have definitely taken that!
If they could find a way to pay for scrap plastic like they pay for scrap metal the planet would be a whole lot less congested with plastic.
Mate , if you had trailer behind your van , you could pick up the metal , 17 cents a kilo over here in Australia
ben best street scrapper ever never get bored looking forward to next vids keep safe mate cheers
All day long love watching your vids
I’m stoked about the MacBook Pro ,iPad and the calculator you picked! They are easy money just at get rid prices like 50 each that’s a good days money just from those things let alone all the wire and the PCs! What a good haul mate
I have been after the blue bottom clip for the microsoft keyboard at 0:33 for ages. Was gutted to see it on the trash pile, and if you would have picked it up I would have payed for it to be shipped to the uk.
Great score on cord food😁
Great Video Ben Nice Score On The Server And PC'S, I went Street Scrapping Today I Got 2 Crtvs And 15 Motors, Keep Bringing The Videos Dude 👍👍
wen i help my buddy out in his computer shot lot time when we traner date if drive was good we tell them to keep there old drive as back up or we get ride it for them i scrap them take a part ater doing a dod wipe
fun stuff cord food craziness thanks ben.
Great job and video
You need to add HUNGRY Boards in the door ways, so that stuff stays inside and you are able to open the doors at any time, both sides and the rear, say 10 or 12inch's high....
Great haul!
So much perfectly good stuff that could have been donated to RSPCA op shops or similar, all they had to do was hang on to it for a few more months until things open again.
That HP PC (C2D) looked pretty good, HP have some nice cases
Awesome scores Ben
38:48 thats rare lego technic.
It would be even rarer if he would pick it up don't think he's got a clue
@@whizzwham1862 i dont know it i czech republic cost with box 2000czk . 80 dolars +- ? maybe ?
whizzwham 1 he can’t know about absolutely everything he comes across, he’s a scrapper not a Lego man!
@@Alexander_l322 haha , i think , he do there because money .
MetakHorse yea he knows about it but it isn’t his thing so he leaves it for the next guy who goes out looking for things like Lego
I do something like this from time to time, I didn't know there's a name for it.
My brother would love to go to Australia he had family from his granddads side but would not know where to start to find them lol
Very nice Ben! It was a nice day indeed!
Why is every second neighbor throwing out a grill? xD haha .. and why aren't you picking those up? they're full of metal right? @26:00 okay nevermind you're lacking space :p hehe. i think you should walk with a rubber wheeled sled to put stuff on. you wouldn't have to move the van so much :p
lol that first pc was like watching a junkie looking for a fix man lol
@P Dyson and yes those motherboards Kik
Hi Ben good score today keep scrapping take care your health regard 👍👍👍👍🇸🇬
You will not have an extra motherboard with a core 3 or 5 processor for the system unit and ddr 3 memory strips from 4 to 8 gigabytes.
A truly epic day!
Once you pop you can't stop ha ha

Question for australians:
Why do people in these nice neighbourhoods don't own very nice and new cars?
Becaus they don’t waste money on a flashy car as they’d rather put the money into house/living.
@@grezza112 Some people in eastern europe would rather spend 10k on a second hand old luxury vehicle and live in a rented single room.
The box you can return to auspost if you contact em or take to a office.
Mate. I know u said you can't take everything. But that was vintage lego u left. Worth more then a few $$.. im really hoping some1 else picked up before it went into the trash.
And people don't know that little piece of grass between the sidewalk and curb is not their property, or not part of their property, that actually belongs to the city, town, that your in. At least that's the way it is around here, course no one ever tells the home owner that but you can ask the people at that towns city building, government building or the property accessors office and they'll tell you that, ask me how I know that.
