Of course, the 6 month's MPNP is very attractive but one can't give up their interests and field just because of the PR greed as there are very selective courses in Manitoba. UOM and UOT have very minimal courses. Red River College is good but taking an admission in it is not quite easy and their programs are already booked far before the deadlines. Hence, I really wanted to go to Winnipeg but couldn't. I am still very happy as I opted for Centennial College. Just waiting for my biometrics!
There's no fixed time mentioned anywhere,but after giving PNP, they want that person to live and work in that province, you can move if having strong reasons like not getting job according to profile with documentry evidence, otherwise provincial government has power to get one's pr revoked on this basis from federal government
