@@highnrising It's literally malfunctioning, there is no reason for the minute hand to jump when the chronograph is being operated. I'm a watchmaker and I'm trying to figure out the reason why it might be doing so.

Well, I'm not a watchmaker, but I get the impression that if you buy a complicated watch with a showpiece movement made in very limited quantitities by a boutique brand, then you can expect this sort of problem. As a watchmaker, you should have a better idea than I as to the precise cause of this particular malfunction.
