Hi GG, I finished my interview loop on April 18 and received an offer on April 25! This has been the toughest job market I've experienced in a long time and I had almost lost all hope. Hi GG! Thank you so much for your videos and help! I have my first phone screen on Wednesday here in Italy (I already did my screen with the recruiter) and the recruiter said it will be a mix of behavioural and functional questions. I applied for a role or Label Relations Manager at Amazon Music and this is a non-tech role… what type of functional questions could I expect in this case? Thank you for your videos again!
Hi GG! Great video as usual! Thanks a lot! Can you please make a video on what to expect from a Sr. Product Manager Technical, MBA grad opportunity interview process? What kind of technical prowess should one have to clear this interview? Thanks in advance! :)
Hi- We don’t focus on technical requirements for specific roles on this channel. We focus on content that is universally applicable so it’s relevant for as many people as possible. Sorry.
Please GG answer this question--I am interviewing for a "Finance Manager" role...I originally applied for 3 other finance manager roles in different departments, they were remote! Sourcer e-mailed me and said we really want to interview you...THIS ROLE, still a finance manger role, still 100% remote (there is no physical location in my city), but in this department "Traffic & Marketing Tech" Didn't apply for this department? No clue what they do? Will have to look it up? Watched your "Why Amazon video?" I do think that is a super important question to get right...depending on what this department does, I am afraid I will have nothing to relate to this department, and I am seriously going to fail my first interview/phone screen and be the 1-2/10 that don't make it past round 1. I KNOW I CAN GET THIS JOB, I exceed all of the minimum requirements for the roll and all of the preferred. I understand what I am expected to deliver from your videos...I have examples. I am overthinking this. My nerves will get the best of me. I will stumble on my words. I will ramble.
If you don’t know anything about the department either 1) ask for information or 2) skip that bit in the why amazon. You can always tell your interviewer that you were approached by a sourcer you don’t have much info on the team and you’re excited to use this interview as an opportunity to find out more
@@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone503 Ok, thank you. I am going to read over the JD again and see if it tells me anything? or 2, see if I can read up anything about it on google, otherwise! THANK YOU for this advise! I am writing it down now :)

Hi I'm having a 2nd round of interview with Amazon for senior HSE manager.. On which principles I should be clear with for my role.. I'm preparing for all principles but I seriously feel there is no end to these leadership principle questions.
Ask your recruiter they might tell you- some do some don’t. Otherwise here’s how to try to work it out yourself ua-cam.com/play/PLbTV6GsDfNaaPSyC0x62eZfwzit50V8Sh.html
Yeah- at loop it’s often used for a warm up question. My position isn’t that it shouldn’t ever be asked- rather that it isn’t evidence of your ability to raise the bar on the leadership principles. At final stage it gets used as a warm up question rather than as evidence and that’s perfectly reasonable.

What do you recommend here please? ***Because even on my first interview/phone screen when I am going over my projects-I want to be brief but I want to explain that I used the leadership principals to demonstrate I know them/and have used them.
@@ebendus NO. Don’t LP drop. You need to evidence the LP behaviour. Just saying “I showed Customer Obsession” isn’t evidence you did- you need to explain HOW you behaved. And why would you want to be brief? You can’t demonstrate evidence of your behaviours by being brief.
Otherwise here’s how to try to work it out yourself

Hi GG! Yesterday I had my on-site interview, and all the interviewers asked me "why Amazon," even people who have been in the company for 14 years.
Hi GG! Can you talk about Tech U program please?
As far as I’m aware the methodology for interviewing is the same.
can you put a video for the limitations of attending Amazon online assements in detail
Sorry I don’t understand the question.
Hi Gg, you refer to 16 amazon leadership principles, isnt it 14?
No.

If evidence it's telling stories that you will not be able to verify, I do not think it is evidence and the best approach to interview
You’re entitled to your opinion.
clicked like for the socks
I’m sad the quality of the content wasn’t enough to deserve the like but hey this girl will take all the likes she can get 😁
@@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone503 hahahaha oh no, the quality is great as well, loved the detailed explanation. definitely raising the bar.
@@alexf0101 ahhhh thank you 🙏
@@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone503 it's been a while, but now i can confidently say just how great the content on this channel is :) thanks to your videos i knew how the process works in general, even when some of the recruiters weren't very responsive. i also knew what LPs to focus on, when they might repeat, and how many stories to prepare realistically. when two teams tried to schedule separate loops, i knew that a split loop is possible and how it works. i knew what the interviews' general structure is and what to expect. and eventually i got an L6 offer! so thanks so much again for all the great content. that like i clicked was well deserved :D
