What is the decking needs to be replaced and they don’t have O&L. The decking is water soaked and not soled any longer. Have any tips to get the insurance to cover it?

That’s a bit tougher of a situation for sure. However, you may still be able to get it done. Focus on the need for a “nailable surface” and also manufacture’s requirements. If a permit and an inspection is required where you are even better. Focus on the fact that in order to get the inspection passed, these items have to be done correctly. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and for the question, brother! 🙏👊😉

Thanks for the advice they keep coming back as need for O&L for nailing. But I’m still pushing back with nailable surface. But I will go back with the rest on my next conversation.
