This isn't an honest representation of anyone's position, because you've already injected your own conclusion (that trans men are actually women) into your description of their view. It's just a strawman. Try to formulate views in a way that you think the people who hold them would accept, before you attack them.
If its NOT its own separate and distinct person...then why do people get charged with DOUBLE homicide for killing a pregnant woman?
The fact is that abortion is “healthcare” the same way that rape is love making!! They are opposites!! We are talking about a procedure that does not involve consent or “care” in any shape or form for the unborn woman and ends in her death!!
A man beat a pregnant woman so savagely that her unborn child was born dead with a fractured skull!! The California legal system unanimously passed a law signed by the then democratic governor that said that any man who so abuses a pregnant woman that he causes the death of her unborn child shall be charged with murder. Now isn’t it strange that the same woman legally had the power and the “right” to take the life of her unborn child who was murdered by this man and it’s referred to as “healthcare” not (murder)!! If someone else ends the child’s life the term “end of a child’s life” and (murder) is used not “healthcare” because it is beyond doubt that this ended a child’s life and is therefore murder not “healthcare”!!
This is clearly not just a religious issue as there are prominent atheists who had a big problem with the lies aimed at “pro life” supporters

According to the (New Scientist) one of the worlds number 1 publications for factual reporting there is an unnatural excess of boys in 12 countries since the 1970s, particularly China etc when “liberal” sex-selective abortions started becoming available.

I've really been enjoying him lately. I think I just have more in common with him than the others.
He's also the sweatiest.
Him and Andrew are the funniest. All four have their strengths. I agree with Matt most of the time. Andrew has a sort grounded wisdom as opposed to only talking theoretically. Ben has excellent political analysis and values. Michael has a spectacular vocabulary and may be the most well spoken.
I watched this a long time ago. I just rewatched it and I have to say, this is like a ‘best of’ Matt Walsh’. I mean even before he put himself on the left’s radar. Most of the things he covers are most of the things he talks about on his show now. Well done sir! Godspeed!

Why do democrats call themselves liberals, when they called themselves 'conservatives' during the 19th century, and the republicans 'liberals'? Point me to the liberal tradition of the DNC.
America is a liberal republic with a liberal constitution passed by a majority of revolutionary liberals. Without the American revolution, European liberalism would not exist. European conservatives are interested in upholding pre-liberal, pre-secular power. American conservatives are conserving liberalism. American constitutionalists are liberal.
Is American liberalism dead?
I was trying to explain to someone the other day what conservatism is. And it's literally just the preservation of good ideas in the west. And most of those good ideas were liberal ideas, which Conservatives are now literally conserving. Things like the right to free speech, liberal idea, presumption of innocence, liberal idea, right to private property, equal rights for Gays, pursuit of happiness, etc. Those were all liberal ideas but then progressivism snuck it's way in and hijacked classic liberalism. The new so called progressive liberals want to undo almost all of these classic ideas that are worth CONSERVING. Hence why conservatives are in fact conservative. Yes conservatism does have its weakness in that it is reluctant to accept new ideas but all you have to do is prove to a conservative that it's a good idea and not only will Conservatives adopt the idea, they will fight to defend it. Where as the progressives will just try to tear down old ideas that they deem unworthy. It's a bit of a mind bender to understand all of this plainly. But quite literally conservatism uses the free speech platform to allow free flow of ideas, if certain ideas can be backed up and proven to be good ideas then conservatives will be like that's actually a good idea, let's hold onto it and preserve it.

Dr Roger scruton in his talk with Jordan peterson has a little bit where he mentions conservatism and explains it in this regard similarly. He also speaks of what it is to be a British gentleman. He says something along the lines of if speaking freely, being polite, holding onto good ideas is something to be ashamed of then he says I am a happily ashamed british conservative gentleman. It was obviously said way better by him but you get the point.
I wouldn't call the child who's trying to de-platform him an intellectual.

Matt cares a lot about kids and society to deal with all these talks and meeting with people in charge. It takes great compassion to do what he does.

One thing about batshit crazy left ideology - it always seems packed to the gills, fit to bursting with people who talk some kind of word salad, but who actually don't have kids, don't particularly like or understand kids, and appear curiously devoid of that all too human characteristic, a deeply ingrained protective instinct toward the youngest and most vulnerable among us. Like it's automatic, hardwired.

I was a single mother, had a dead-beat dad for years, worked night shift and NEVER went on public welfare programs 😮 and supported my two children single-handedly. I believe attitude determines altitude.

The atmosphere that almost prevented Matt Walsh from speaking is commonplace at Baylor. Baylor has mandatory chapel for freshmen students and they use the mandatory setting of chapel to force their left-leaning politically biased views on impressionable and captive freshmen. What's most reprehensible is that they weaponize the Christian faith of students by justifying their politics with "Jesus would do X" tactics, in an attempt to guilt trip students who commit the heresy of having a different opinion.
Thank you Matt Walsh for speaking truth and bringing true Christian discussion to our campus.

@ghru derbs My son is a conserv Christian looking at Baylor. Is Baylor really a Christian College in Name only?? Is the school full of luke warm believers and LGBT activist? What about staff? This is very concerning to me as a parent. Please let me know your thoughts . I dont want to send my son to a fraud college.
@@todd9016 I actually transferred to Baylor and I would definitely recommend it. While many professors seem to lean left, the overall atmosphere is very centrist and relative to most other schools, Baylor is more conservative. As for students; I think the majority are conservative, but there are leftists that appear prevalent because they occasionally protest make scenes in public. The Christianity in the community is very genuine but it is definitely a more hipster brand of Protestantism that I personally find a little goofy, being a conservative Catholic. I've only taken the required general religion courses and cannot speak for the higher level / seminary programs but the overall quality of professors and resources available to students provide a valuable education.

Wow. I’m hardly 20 minutes in & this is incredible. So beautifully done. I’m new to this- & I’ve only ever heard his speeches of lately, focused more on culture & transgenderism… I think if I would have came across some of these older speeches it would have helped me to realize I was on the wrong side of things much much sooner! All the things that I sorta had intuitively known all along, but couldn’t really articulate- he does so perfectly.
& listening to this helps to solidify that I’m not suddenly just some “hatful, bigoted, close minded phobic a hole “ like so many try to make me believe I am-

Yeah, Ben Shapiro goes through a list of all the logical arguments surrounding the stages of abortion(which pretty much undresses pro-choicers best arguments) while Matt Walsh here is attacking the heart of the abortion belief which is the bodily atonomy belief.
Human life in the womb is a human. Don't get trapped inside the 'but this category makes that human different' argument. A different category of human is still a human.

Where did these protesters come from? I wasn’t a paying student at Baylor, but I attended a summer research program there in Inorganic Chemistry the summer of 1993 when I was 21 as part of my undergraduate degree from my alma mater. Baylor was a cohesive college. Why would non-conservative students choose to attend a Bible-based college and then protest their ideology?

Baylor University is getting further away from it’s Southern Baptist Conservative roots. I know several students from my church who attend there and say it’s difficult to be conservative at a private Baptist school.
Texas A&M is the most conservative school in these parts.
As an Aggie alumni, even Texas A&M is becoming overwhelmingly liberal.

It leaves the door wide open to those with opposing views, and offers them a friendly invitation to enter in to the exploration of new ideas.
the gender thing is easy enough to determine, the girl at 1:02:00 should know this. genders are defined by the size of the gamete. No human has ever produced both eggs and sperm no matter if they had an ovotestis or had extra chromosomes.
Oh don't worry, we will use crispr in the future to make humans that can get themselves pregnant. What will your argument be then?

I'm a Baylor Alum, and although Baylor is turning to the left, I'm glad they at least allowed this man to speak and that there seems to be a real conservative presence still at the school.
I love listening to Matt Walsh because it reminds me of listening to my rabbis when I was a kid except now I'm actually learning something I find valuable. Although maybe if I weren't brainwashed into liberalism from such a young age, I would have valued what my rabbis were trying to teach me as well.

I had Baylor shortlisted as a potential university for my two kids. This fact that students, faculty, and administrators tried to stop this event tells me all I need to know and I’ve since removed it from said shortlist. Baylor can say goodbye to my $500k!

try Harding University. They keep it real. They're small and aren't a major D-1 school, but that's basically a good thing.
Faculty and administrators as a whole did not try to stop the event. Only a few students protested the event. Baylor also did not give in to the "pressure" from the protest, as evidenced by the fact that this speech exists.
@nathan phelps I was thinking the same. Christians colleges are just to weak now Pepperdine is going pro LGBT and Black Activism on campus.
