I cant express how happy I am for half alive keep on doing Music and surprising me! I listened for the first time when I was 15 and now Im 21 going to marry a man that also listened half alive during him teenage… half alive is part of my history and Im so glade they still here.
I know it may seem stupid, but I generally avoid watching music videos to songs I like because sometimes they ruin it for me. Reason being I get to kind of see how the artists’ interpretation of the song is different to how I imagined it. But I have to say this music video only makes the song better!
alright the first time i actually listened to the lyrics, i was so taken back because recently me and my best friends from childhood at a falling out. from our time apart i realized that we were growing apart because of who we were becoming separately. we don't fit each other anymore. we would always hang out with her friends in her basement and just celebrate life. "tell me why" is the closest thing we got to a real question. i don't think she figured it out yet, because i haven't reached out to her yet. but this song helps me heal through the grieving process of losing a friend.
