This video explores how this community rebuilt their farms using agroecology and agroforestry practices after the disaster. With communal plots and private gardens, they now embrace organic methods to rebuild their lives and protect the environment. However, their commitment to sustainable agriculture faces challenges, including a lack of government support and the construction of the Kaliwa Dam upstream, which poses a new threat.

dam system has a bad rap in PH because of the way our government handle it’s operations. it’s damaging.
but if they will do it properly, dam is one of the best thing that people learn. it’s benefits is amazing.
without corruption, a well designed dam will help the community not only in decades but hundreds of years. it also should help the environment.
