Balcony view is very Good💫.But people won't sit in this kind of environment now a days.I am from Kerala and even the rural villages of kerala don't have this type of worn out theatre.(kerala won't have villages.They have now three cities and either small towns or big towns.Other areas are tourist places).So either completely destroy this building and built one three screen theatre with some shops in down stairs or undergo a big renovation.Since this is an old theatre and building looks special,its nice if they renovate completely with quality seating,better features decent ambience etc etc..If they renovate like that inform me.I will visit this theatre when i will visit Hyderabad afterwards👍..
Yes you are correct. Nowadays people are mostly watching movies on the OTT platforms or else they are going for multi-plex theatres to watch movies. Single screen theatres and these old theatres are running in losses. So the theatre owners are thinking of destroying the theatre and build an apartment complex but the building is protected under heritage construction. So there is a case going on in the court regarding this. Let's see what happens. I wish the theatre would get renovated.
