I used to work in this campus. I LOVED MY WORK CAMPUS !!! I still love it. I think it truly is the next generation workspace. Haha! But yes, we still had to wait for an empty table ;)
Is there any accommodation for new joinees ? How will freshers manage in mumbai.. I mean such high cost of living .
Is there swimming pool in this campus
The campus next to it iGate had one (in 2019 when I was working). But it wasn’t in use. Don’t know what’s happened now.

The first time I entered into the campus I was awestruck after seeing the interior designs and the ambience!
It's surely one hell of an office campus. But all the beauty gets diminished by the pathetic Roads outside and the location is also in a remote location.
Anyway, feels great to work here and be a Capgeminites!✌
This is my 5th company. i believe this is one of the best campus i have seen ever. Missing CG campus
Well they are truly talking about their cafeteria... I loved that
But after selecting many fresher they are not taking them totally destroyed their future. If they can't afford them then they shouldn't have selected them 😶
That's totally unfair they have no choice just to sit at home or they should strike for their rights 👍

This is the reason Capgeminis attrition rate is higher ..
Worst IT company , don't join even if they offer you , take offer later and find another better company

It's just awesome.....I can say this is one of the biggest and beautiful campuses ever I saw...Loved to work here...What a work culture! Ethics!! and other policies!!! I just resigned from my position cause there is only a hike issue...but I would like to work with Capgemini again...

That's one hell of an innovation i have seen in the IT sector in terms of infrastructure. Such vibrant feels before even joining the campus, boosts up the enthusiasm.
The campus is no doubt amazing, but what about contributing something for the roads just outside the campus?
I am someone who travels usually using the route that follows the capgemini Airoli campus, but it would really help the CSR if you guys did something for the roads that lead to the campus!
Roads are in control of the Minicipal contribution, though companies operating around fix the basics. but can build the roads. :)
Hi Viraj. Thanks for your comment. While the road is under the purview of the local administration, our Mumbai team has made our representation to the relevant authorities and conveyed our concerns. Local authorities are aware of the situation and have acknowledged the poor state of the road. We will continue to follow up with them at regular intervals. Cheers!

My interview was completed on 28th oct. From that day onwards it shown as offered but suddenly yesterday( 10th Dec 2021) afternoon onwards it changed to applied. How can they change the status After 43 days of interview. I'm eagerly waiting for LOI. I have hope upto now as offered status was there but now applied status indicates rejection??
You have to accept the offer(LOI).....by submitting relevant documents.

@capgemini I received my loi on Feb Month but after that I didn't receive any information from you & it's been 4 months I received my loi. I have mailed you several times but there is no response. When I get my offer letter?

1year engineering gap allowed in capgemini for freshers?
I had applied for off campus 2 this year
I had my HR interview on 8th may, but still i haven't received any further communication regarding my results, all other students got loi and offer letter
Is it that they do not consider students having 1 year engineering gap .
Will my past affect my today's performance?
And will it impact my future?
Cause i have proved myself by clearing all rounds till HR.

They will reject without even informing about rejection
Because 1 year gap during engineering is not allowed according to their company policy
And that policy is not even disclosed transparently.

capgemini interviewer does not know what kind of interview it is. For the core electronics engineer interviewer asking questions on IT programming...
What topics did they ask?

Interviewer asking me questions on object oriented in c++.
