- Supreme Commander Forged Alliance running on MacBook Pro 14" M1 Max using Parallels & Windows 11 for Arm. High graphics settings.
Download game from Steam in Windows 11 + FAF client. The trick to get it to work is to enable "safe emulation" (properties on executable).
Some issue remaining with desync on replay start, right after players spawn.

what is your CPU score in FAF?
Having trouble getting custom maps to work on FAF. Theyre downloaded and in the right folder but aren't showing in the actual game

How are the fans of the Mac book?
Im trying to work this out as well before I buy one. I think you can actually hear the fans spinning in this video. If you go to this video ua-cam.com/video/CPN6s5cLZ6E/v-deo.html you can hear the fans when running an unreal engine benchmark
Not sure the fan was even running, maybe low speed. I've not yet noticed the fans on the 14" M1 Max (unlike my old 2018 13" which was much louder). There is another laptop behind the mac (Dell XPS) that may or may not be heard in the video, so it is hard to tell if supcom cause fan noise. I can try to do another one later today without all the environment noise.
What do you mean by setting "Safe Emulation" on the executable? How do I do that? I can only see the safe emulation on the steam app itself.
have you tried with crossover ?
Just tried crossover, does not work unfortunately
online game works too or only replays/singleplayer working?
