I wanted to let you know that when you trade absorbent amounts of items to a villager they will actually see that as profitable and raise their trades for a few days. I had cartographers that I sold one glas pane for one emerald and if I sold way to much in a few days they'd raise them like crazy unless I left them alone for a bit. It's a strange thing, but very cool detail for Mojang to have put in.
