A disgraceful decision. Based upon the evidence provided, on a curve, the reaction of the pick up gave notification of that low road hazard. Besides a auto muffer and pipe would not have done that kind of damage.

A safety department that takes time to write a preventable accident letter for a brake chamber needs to find other ways to spend their time.
