    WOW! Amazing! This is one of the most usefull channels on padel! Best wishes! And... what about training with the left hand? (If one usually uses the right)

      Thank you very much! That is very good for your coordination! It will help you a lot to improve the coordination of your left hand. You can use that to improve your dubble handed backhand and the toss of the ball.

    Early Otro Nivel videos are the best. It's like watching a poorly made 90s cartoon.

    Is it good to train of an inregular wall and floor? For adjusting?

    • @OtroNivelPadel
      @OtroNivelPadel  4 роки тому

      Sam Hofmans That would be very good If your goal is to improve your timing :)
      The best way to train is to adjust as much as possible. A ball cannon would be the worst way to train, because all the balls are exactly the same. The more you have to adjust the more brain activity. “You learn from the difference, not from something that is the same”
      A ball machine, or a drill with the same ball over and over again are often used by coaches to create self-confidence.

      @@OtroNivelPadel yeah because i have brick walls and brick streets so thats really hard to play on because it can just fall almost dead after the bounce

    • @OtroNivelPadel
      @OtroNivelPadel  4 роки тому

      Sam Hofmans Yes, that is not easy! Meaby you can bring something to aim on that gives a regular bounce. Like a big plank or a tabeltop. Will be great to improve your aiming. Hit the wall, hit the tabeltop and continue playing :)

      @@OtroNivelPadel so u dont think i should train in this floor?

    • @OtroNivelPadel
      @OtroNivelPadel  4 роки тому

      @@samhofmans7185 Yes would be great to do it. But the dubble inregular floor + wall might be too difficult. With a table top you can differenciate the level.

    If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball
