I think that children of deathrow people should immediately be put up for adoption since developing a bond with the parent will just lead to emotional scars and mental health issues when the parent is executed.

I feel very sad for that 6year child that was taken away from his mom on death row.
I don't have any sympathy for the mother. But just think about its impact on child's mental health.
    Edit:
She had killed 14 members of her family and distant family.
Death penalty here in India is only given for rarest of the rare crimes, like serial killer, terrorist etc.
And child was free to move in and out of prison.
And child was allowed by the court to live with her mother because her lawyer argued that its against basic human rights to separate small Child and her mother.

The baby should be placed in care immediately after birth and not allowed to be raised in prison.
The mother committed a crime hideous enough to be sentenced to death and shouldn't be allowed to raise her baby.
The six year old that was allowed to be raised by his mother would be aware of her eventual execution and suffer the trauma of being taken away from her and placed in foster care.
Had he been removed immediately after birth and adopted unless he was told he would have no idea who his mother was.

I agree, a pregnant condemned criminal, shouldn't be allowed to keep her baby.
The child should, in order, go to: 1. the father 2. family of the mother 3. family of the father 4. very good friends of either parent 5. adoption.

When death row inmates in America takes 20 to 40 years in America, sometimes even longer, a female inmate would not get pregnant unless it was a prison guard as the father and even then, most likely the KlD would be a adult by the time the execution is to be carried out. The mother should not be able to raise her child. Even if it was 6 years. The child build bond and love with the mother and then have to feel the pain and trauma of losing her. That is a punishment worse than the mothers and all he did was get born from an horrible person. He should have been adopted right from birth.

And that's not always a good thing. But that stems from the fact they are getting more time to get them out of it. That combined with the fact that THEY are delaying it by choosing to fight it because obviously want to live, it's really more unfair for the men. And most simply in court it is proven that men get harder sentences than a women for the same offense. He noted most of this but didn't go into to much detail, it's a short video I understand and I love these guys. Just wanted a tad more information included on why they get more time on death row. Human rights organizations need to be considerate of a lot; but the justice system needs to be aware that crime is equal on all levels: not just the law based levels. If you commit the crime; you don't deserve leniency for killing someone.
I have heard one too many stories of women killing their children and being allowed to walk free from it.
As far as I'm concerned; human rights needs to make sure that death row sentences are shortened to less than 20 years; cut down to maybe a month, so the prisoners have far less time on the block, women need to be treated fairly and equally to men while in prison and awaiting their trials and punishments: and the judicial system needs to factor out gender; because its not a fair system when a woman commits a heinous crime and she gets to walk free, but a man doesn't get the same leniency.
Again there are a lot of stories I have heard of absolutely evil women killing others and getting away with it because the jury saw woman; rather than seeing lethal killer.
I hate saying it like that; but justice accounts in all balances, gender should not be a factor in the judicial system

@@Thatguy-dn8vf see, it's people like you who've never been dragged down the concrete stairs by your hair; or punched in the face by a boxer 6 or 7 times; or body slammed on concrete that think this way!!! When they say, "if I can't have you, no one else can!" "Or you're leaving over your dead body!!" IT'S NOT AS EASY AS JUST LEAVING! Or calling the cops, bc that's gonna make it 10 times worse!! So no, there's NOT ALWAYS A WAY OUT!!! Sorry!!! 🤦(that's not a face slap for me!)

@@CentennialBased you know... If everything is ambiguous, you can just recreate the rules and values you live by, in every moment, to ensure you remain in control. I'm surprised you're not getting on the bandwagon. Everyone's doing it. Provides the instant convenience of never having to be wrong...ever. Never having to learn anything you don't already know; and since it's based on victimhood... it's been monetized.
So as long as you can prove you're a big huge victim, you can just...live off this idea now.
No need for skill, labor, dedication, truth or anything like that anymore; this is the new better future that will bring us closer to God! Those are ideals of the past. Of the barely-evolved.
Humans never learn my friend, and thus we're doomed to repeat our past; whilst darkening our future. Sad, really.

Why? That's completely ignorant. If the law states that it's ok to abort a baby UP TO BIRTH, even though that baby didn't do anything wrong, then why should they give two fks about executing a pregnant female

I personally think that people should suffer if the commit particularly heinous crimes. I don't think they should be assaulted or starved, but by God if they suffer through solitary confinement as a punishment for killing multiple people that's fine by me.
Now I seriously hope that people who are wrongly accused don't have to suffer, that the mistake is corrected before they suffer.
