Thanks this definitely helped but i'm trying to shorten a 7 minute video to 15 seconds and when I play the video the beginning is actual sped up video but then it just turns in frame-by-frame stuff that looks horrible. Is it because Im speeding the video up to like 2000%? Is there some other way to speed it up that much and still have good video
