I grew my SMMA (or social media marketing agency) that runs UA-cam ads for real estate agents by using cold email lead generation and paid ads with Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and UA-cam ads.

I have a clients account on $40 dollar per day with only one lead for far but Facebook keeps saying its in the learning phase
learning phase isn't caused by the audience, it's caused by you not having 50 conversions per week
the advanage+ audience can be good for scale

thanks! if I get enough requests then yes, and I personally don't use them because if you want to turn any specific ads off you need to edit the ad itself (or potentially duplicate, edit the new one & kill the old one). I prefer to create separate ads and just turn off the ones that are underperforming

Great vid, do you think you a landing page is necessary (use an instant form instead) if the ad creative is a highly targeted and produced video?
thanks! landing pages are never necessary, but they can (and do) help improve lead quality if that's important to you or your clients
@@evanhvance Gotcha, but the highly produced video ad will do a lot of the filtering out of unqualified leads, which is why I think a funnel is not necessary.
What do you think? Still need to use a funnel to get that quality?
@@stefmerola you don't have to. it all comes down to the data after you've been running ads for a while. if it ain't broke don't fix it!

yes, and you can use really any web hosting platform. I'd just recommend buying a domain

Bro like when I get some positive response from a prospect. I would give them a call to book appointment. Now what to say on the call can you just give me some idea like how to take the call.
find out what their current situation is (paint points, problems they're facing that your business solved), their desired situation (what revenue/outcome they want), and tell them you can show them on a zoom call how your thing can help them do that. it goes way too deep for a YT comment but that should get you started

Fb ad results have gone down in the weeks and what brought us 3 leads daily at least won't bring in any...reach for $70 daily has gone down from 2k daily to 700-1000 daily only ... Not sure what is happening
ad fatigue is what's happening. you need to make new ads to lower costs
