- Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel!
Today me and Dan travelled down to Bournemouth to try and catch some bass, rays & flat fish!
The conditions were perfect for big bass in the surf but we unfortunately found it didn’t produce as well as it should have!
It just goes to show how hard the fishing can be sometimes!

Matt if your after a bass , put one rod out with grip weight and the other lob a mackerel head out with a 5/6oz ball weight in that surf and just hold your rod.. honestly those bass are 20 yards out .. crap time off year but at least you tried ..

@@FishingwithMattUK Matt thanks for your channel, cracking watch . I hope you do have ago in the surf with ball weight . Honestly not good for a live . And use carp rod and wear waders !! It's feel fishing not tip watching .good luck if you have ago .
