When you export file in LR what profile are we supposed to use? ( In the file handling section in export) . I use SRGB not sure is that why there is colour shift when I open the image after exporting . Or should we use the calibrated profile? The monitor is calibrated with xrite i1 display. Depends on what you are doing with it. If you are just going to post it on the internet then you should be exporting it as srgb jpeg. THe problem comes because whatever you are viewing with is not handling the color space correctly or you are seeing color that were out of the SRGB color space being brought back into srgb. When you export it out of lightroom (srgb) go and import the new file back into lightroom and compare the two images. You may see a SLIGHT difference but not that much unless the color were way out of gamut.
Your look in the hoodie sweater was much more relaxed, and a younger look, a more artistic look, and really took away this cookie cutter look you have in the white shirt. JUST saying. I didn't realize I can syn the panels. I STILL learned something!!! All you need is a bit of wax balm and you will have that look legit! Maybe let the lower part of the gotee a bit less rounded, and you will slowly start to loose all the corporate work, and start doing concerts and such with zero pay!! JK!! you can still look hip and do corp work :-)
