I wish I was the British version of you. Most of my rest days are spent with my cat having pj days. I did a degree in graphic design and remember using Pantone pens at uni you influenced me to buy some ohuhu pens and start colouring again. I relate so much to the homeowner struggles. I’m a new homeowner and the list of things I’m putting off because I kind of don’t know how to start dealing with them is long and it gives me anxiety. 😬 I’m in the same situation not having knowledgeable family members

Insurance agent here. Your home warranty won’t cover it but it’s worth seeing if your homeowners insurance will (depending on the cause). I’m also a single homeowner so I get the stress. I just bought my home last year. My suggestions are to find a good handy man and before you stress on costs, get some quotes. I always ask my handyman first and if he can’t do it himself he usually has a good recommendation so maybe start there!
Also this might be weird, but can you do a video on or link all the mood lighting you have going on? I need to step the vibes up in my house and was like dang, she’s even got lighting behind her tv! 🤣

I am so curious. I thought you were renting haha because it’s so rare to hear of a single home owner here in Canada. Homes here are over 1 million and everyone in my generation can’t buy anything. Are homes more affordable where you are from?
