The changes look great! I definitely agree more vibrant colors in the bathroom would help tie in the shower room. Fun new drawer knobs on the sink cabinet would help elevate the look. Maybe look into beaded curtains for separation from the bedroom and bathroom? It wouldn’t look as “heavy” as curtains would be.
Definitely take down the medicine cabinets on the left and the right change out the light fixture and get rid of the medicine cabinet. Replace it with another medicine cabinet, but they make them really pretty where they're all glass and mirror and they sit up off the wall

Those Velcro hangers suck! Beware of them falling at night! (Bought them to hang stuff at Xmas…) Maybe go with something more stable - like good old nails and hanging wire?!
For your bathroom, I think if the counter is darker colour, like dark gray or black, it will provide some contrast in that area and match your handles. Just changing the light bulb so they are all the same colour will help a lot, otherwise the fixture is ok.
I’m so late to this video, but I keep thinking that maybe if you bought a curtain rod & curtains for the space between your bathroom & bedroom & hung curtains to create separation between the two? Or got one of those fun beaded curtains?? Plus, I also think a cute little rug or bath mat on the floor in that space would be nice.
