MOST HANDSOME With IOS you can't download (good) apps because of their stupid software security. 90% of the time when I owned an apple device, every time I would go into the app store it would ask me to confirm my identity with a password. Not to mention they cost 3x as much for so much less that you can do with it. My Iphone was laggier than my Xbox 360 trying to run Alien Isolation.

Gamer Technology No! HTC was the first one. HTC M7 was the first phone to have dual front-facing speakers then Sony adopted this in their Z2. HTC dropped the idea and started to give us one front-facing and one down facing speaker, Sony on the other hand continued the Dual front-facing trend and currently is the only big brand who's giving us both speakers on the front.
Nevertheless, HTC is still louder...

SNv Of course the S8 will win in terms of bending, have you tried to bend a piece of glass? It is definetly tougher than most metals. But when it comes to drops, you’ll have to acknowledge that glass shatter, while the metal on the iPhone doesn’t.

I had to stick with iPhone 7 Plus only because I am used to the ecosystem and platform. The S8+ is a gorgeous device that is so feature-rich. I was also blown away by the level of technical support Samsung offers. Not to mention, expandable storage and the accessories offered by Samsung. They’re both equally wonderful phones and it seems like just a matter of preference.
My s8 cracked. Its too expensive to fix.

That fingerprint scanner on the S8+ is amazingly quick and accurate. I don't think I've ever had to retouch it. My S7 however was a different story.
as an 8 year samsung user that just very recently got the s8, i agree with most of these. some of them are pretty insignificant but you missed the most important of them all. the edge screen on samsung phones is an absolute nightmare for screen protectors and case compatability. screen protectors are all either not compatabile with cases, ruin the touch screen or ruin the display. most of the time all 3.

1. Spotlight search is not a better feature. You can use Google search bar on every Android home screen which is exactly the same.
2. You can use Gboard and move the cursor by swiping from space bar on any phone. No need to hold down hard on the screen.
3. Shake to undo takes more time and loss of comfort. Using Gboard you can just swipe left from backspace button to erase words which is a whole lot easier.

I'm not a fanboy of any of these Phones, but I used both (apple and samsung phones) over the time and I have to say that the title is wrong.

I dont want to make this too long, but you can quote me on this: Galaxy S8+ is overall (not in every point, but in the majority of points) better than the iPhone 7+. I could describe every point here, but most people wouldnt understand and those people want just a brief conclusion. In the end you can decide, which phone to buy, but Samsung 8+ is overall better.

I just bought the S8+ and LOVE IT, but the Apple ecosystem and their synergy and continuity between products (watch, iPhone 7 plus and iPad Pro) really makes leaving nearly impossible

im an iPhone user but you seriously need to fix your video asap. Your talking about some gimmicks and iOS features that make iPhone 7's superior towards galaxies. Thats not ok. What you need to do is focus on the iPhone itself. Like what you said about the ringer, home button, camera, and the iPhone's speakers. Some topics to discuss are: structure, durability, and the devices feel. If your gonna talk about apples IOS 10 features, do a IOS 10 vs. Android OS 7.0, and if not then wait till the iPhone 8 comes out to create new topics to discuss and cover, because talking about the features that a iPad, iPod, and iPhone all have, is not a good way of diversing these 2 phones.

I have this galaxy and I can tell the reason he stated here are real because after using a phone for a while thsis tiny reasons because reasonable and that's what led me to this video to change phone

I switched from an iPhone 6S+ to a Moto G5+ a month ago. I thought Android 7 was polished enough now for a switch, but after a month, I can't wait to return to iOS on the X. Sure, my home screen has a custom layout but the OS and apps are not nearly as polished as on iOS. Out of the box, no S/MIME email support, poor palm rejection for one handed use, no CalDAV/CardDAV support, and the Android versions of popular apps are lacking features (e.g. preventing Whatsapp from storing received photos and images to my phone's image gallery). I gave it an honest try and even purchased all of the third party apps to get the functionality I needed (that comes out of the box with iOS), but it seems that Android still isn't serious enough a platform for me. For me, the only feature that Android has over iOS is the ability for third party apps to automatically record phone calls, but is also be a huge security issue as well.
The other day my Moto crashed while it was in my pocket and strangely a lot of settings were wiped away. I had to open DAVdroid to re-sync all of my data and fix all of the widgets on my home screen. The last thing I need is tech trouble when trying to get work done. The whole point of getting an Android was to have a device that would play nicer with my Linux machine than the iPhone (e.g. sending files over Bluetooth), but what's the point if all the rest of the experience is lacking. Yes, I bought an inexpensive device to give Android a try... why spend more on a device that may never see an update? The specs compare to the Blackberry KeyONE, which is not a cheap phone at all. At least with iPhone, I'll stay up to date for years to come.
I've had a couple iPod Touches, which still run the same iOS as the flagship iPhone's. So, is it my mistake to believe that Android 7 on one device won't have the same lack of functionality as on a flagship running Android 7? My impression was the flagships just have better displays, graphics, CPUs, and cameras -- similar to Apple flagships. I'm not complaining about that at all. My issue is with the software.

I have gone through both the nuggets comparing iPhone 7 + to Samsung Galaxy S8+ and honestly speaking, the feature iPhone has sounds logical and meaningful while features offered by Samsung are the "attractions" but the quality is not the focus. What Apple makes they offer quality over unnecessary features. :)

The S8 looks a bit nicer and futuristic but the iPhone 7 just looks really simple which is just enough for most people, at the same time the iOS is a lot more simple and the animations are smoother.
To be honest,the galaxy s8 is the "better" phone than the iPhone 7,but the iPhone 7 was launched last September while the s8 was launched recently, and the iPhone 7 is still one of the best phones in 2017.You can't go wrong whatever phone you choose

I respect the opinion here but I'm a hardcore galaxy fan and I own an s8+. I love it and there's no way I'd ever trade my phone for an iPhone
What is unique to my 7 plus is that I bought it in Jan 2018, and it worked fine for one month. Then no one could understand me..my transmission was garbled. Took it to Apple store, they checked it and handed me a replacement. That was good for 2 months and now the speech is garbled when I try to talk to someone. I can hear them fine, but my phone is in effect a one way receiver. ....and Apple can't figure it out, and don't know what to do. My prior telephones were from AT&T...and I never ever had a problem. So even if I have a cell telephone that can walk , talk, and carry all kinds of apps...at the end of the day, if you can't talk on it...well, that sort of defeats the reason for having a cell phone doesn't it?
I've already decided to get a Samsung 8+. But I still agree with the most reasons in this video. Especially the reason that an aluminum back is better than glass. But some points doesn't fit. Like the update thing. It's not the fault of the phone, it's the fault of Apple/Android.
I recently bought an iphone that received an update that bricked its software. Returned to Apple for repairs but Apple sabotaged it (by damaging it) and claiming it was unrepairable. Now i'm going Samsung, the phone that actually has better specs across the board.
iPhone 7 plus user here, just to let yall know, the "raise to wake" feature actually gets pretty annoying after a while, even if you just shake the phone side ways, it turns on.
I currently have a iPhone 6 Plus. My last android phone was the Note 4. This is the first android phone in a while that really makes me want to switch back to android. The customization, features, headphone jack, USB-C, expandable memory and display are strong options that really have me tempted. I think I may wait to see what new features are presented with iPhone 8. If they don't blow me away I will be jumping ship to the S8.
The other issue that keeps me hanging on to iPhone is just the sheer number of friends and family with iPhones including my wife. FaceTime and iMessage make it hard to leave the iPhone family. My wife wants us to have the same phones so I will probably have to convince her to switch as well.
After a long time, saw a video which was not constantly nagging on a thing, or humbugging around. Awesome !!!
I'm super loyal to Samsung's Galaxy phones, always have been. I like iphones too but they lack so many features and customization options.. They're both arguably great phones though, i just LOVE the FREEDOM that Samsung Galaxy Phones. Especially the Galaxy s8/plus, they're by far the best.
I'm not against any kind of phone... A phone is a phone. But I would prefer the Samsung because of it's looks, the way it feels in you hand, and I think the edge apps are a really nice touch on Samsung's part

RE: #12. System updates aren't nearly as important on android. My old galaxy S3, even though it was last updated in 2015, can download almost every app in the play store. But if you're not on a recent iOS update, chances are you're gonna find more and more unsupported apps. My iPod 4th gen from 2012 (same year of release as the galaxy S3) barely supports any apps in the app store. And my dads old galaxy note 1 from 2011 supports nearly every app (even though they don run very well anymore)

No, plastic is far better for shock resistance. The plastic absorbs shock be deforming whereas the metal is more rigid and therefore transfers shock around the body of the phone, so if it does fall... it is more likely for the screen to shatter with a metal frame..
Apple is for ppl who don't have patience.. like businessmen etc. but Samsung is for the ppl who enjoy new features, like techies.
Reason 12: Its a fact that whenever an older iphone has been updated it gets slower e.g the iphone 5s on ios 5 was faster than the same phone on ios 10.
im not a screaming fanboy but id just like to put out that the fingerprint scanner is more of a little bonus feature as the main security feature is an iris scanner.
I am watching this on Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and lowered the resolution to HD, just to see what it feels like watching it on iPhone 7.
