Thank you for sharing this. I was persecuted for being highly sensitive and empathic as a male. At 47, I’m physically stronger than ever, spiritually grounded and solid and more sensitive then ever, and honoured to be so. Essentially I’ve integrated the divine masculine and divine feminine energies, that’s what it is.

Michael: This hour went by so quickly and smoothly as you again "downloaded" the spiritual wisdom I look forward to. You have covered many of the topics in other talks, but they recombined tonight to form a fresh new combination, with fresh new resonances. Your light shows in your countenance, your gestures, and the words on offer . . . as it guides us to redefine, or forgive, the world as it seems to be. You offer the tools to make our experience a happy dream, a heaven on Earth. Your food for thought is truly a banquet! Heartfelt thanks.

This is so cool. I had a massage yesterday and it let me know where I'm holding onto stuff and this message has helped me to ask more questions regarding my spirituality and physically. So thankful I took time out to LISTEN.

I learned a lot since the death of my earthly Father, and even he told me many times….”you know how you are”, “you know how sensitive you are”, “you wear your heart on your sleeve”, “you need to toughen up”, and the ever popular, “stop asking those questions because you can’t change the world”….I was the first born and he always told me he wanted a boy, so I tried my best to be the boy he wanted, which discounted my brother, very much, especially when my Dad would tell me that I was the son he never had…..yeah, I know what you mean when you speak of your family, but mine is gone now, even though my brother still lives, well, I think he does, but I don’t miss him or the ordeal of the others, as they always saw me as too sensitive, even after the death of my Father, because regardless, he often shielded me from the others and saw in me a peace of him that he lost somewhere along the way. The memories your teachings and stories bring to my mind is very therapeutic and I thank you for your candor and honesty, because most don’t want to relive that past where they felt so little and belittled by those that were there to share in this thing we call life. Bless you, Man, for the insight that you bring to a mad world for so many. 🌻

Loved this. Thank you so much this has been so valuable after a 3 month intense ordeal. I do in fact still pop pills (but korean ginseng and adreno ps and cortisol lowering foods) each day for the cortisol/adrenals, it set a spineal cord injury back so has been difficult while not being able to get energy out physically when it was spiked. Happy to say all is going better, can meditate again etc but this has just explained so much so well. Iv expained it like it put holes in my aura. Thank you, man this should be taught at schools.

i just watched "The Great Hack'' you are right! Exactly. Promoting duality. We have to know ourselves and the love that we are cause if we don't we will be preyed upon and not truly informed. Polarities are real so we can heal, duality's are an illusion used to steal. Thanks Michael!

Sometimes people tell you " YOU are too sensitive "so they don't have to be responsible for what they say or how they treat you. Some people just loved to criticize, judge and be rude and then label the target as "too sensitive" so they dont have to change their behavior

Thank you for speaking to my request of Autism. The effect my autism has in my day - makes me grateful I am not of the Norm. I am grateful I am not just following the crowd. I feel isolated in many ways, but I do know the pain of separation is for my own benefit. Thank you
