- It’s the weekend! Let’s play some Mortal Kombat online! But, wait, where is everyone? Well this is unfortunate. Has the Arcade1up Kommunity had enough? Where are the lobbies and spectate mode that was promised to us back in October of last year? Has everyone had enough of waiting? Watch as I play through Mortal Kombat 2 and UMK3 in hopes of getting some online action that simply doesn’t happen this time. And listen as I talk your ears off about whatever.

Headlocked is a cool dude, but his take on MK MUGEN games is questionable, requiring him to use overpowered characters to win against AI opponents on the hardest difficulty. His live streams often showcase the most unbalanced MK MUGEN games with large rosters and non MK characters, but he only creates content for the ones he can beat on the hardest difficulty. Despite how polished the MK MUGEN games may be, if he can't beat them on the hardest level, then he sees no reason to continue playing them, let alone continue creating content for it, at the end of the day.

arcade1up dropping the ball. I usually play on fightcade now because it has more players and most of them are more skilled than the arcade1up playerbase who are mostly casual players. Spectatormode should have been out day 1 honestly. im C rank in all 3 MK's grinding for B rank in mk2 and umk3 right now

Man seriously, screw your "mod" for banning me yet again for absolutely no reason. But I just wanted to say that I was LMAO at lubos. Like I've said before, I don't understand why someone would spend the money and time on one of these cabs if they are THAT BAD at MK. I mean, I get that he or she might love another version of MK and just might not be great at the original, but THAT??? LOL, that was just wth level!
He played bad, but not everybody who buys an 1up is an expert. Simply buy to have fun, who knows could have been a kid. $400 isn’t a lot of money to lots of folks, and cheap entertainment for some nostalgia
