Alkaline stuff tends to be more bio available. Edit: bioavailable meand It's nutrients are taken up by the body more readily.
I don't buy water, I use tap water that I leave in my tea kettle on the counter and boil it for when I have coffee and the same as for drinking water that I keep in the fridge.

It contains Shilajit, a mineral rich ooze from the earth. Have some on my desk and bought a bottle of this the other day, but yet to taste it. Now I know it is not as bad as pure shilajit.
Shilajit is very bitter from memory, considered very health giving by Himalayan folk. 🙏🏻

@@DCrypt1 hi, no I just used it in raw form a couple of days a week. It is soluble in water and milk. Not sure if it is an ingredient in the black water in the video. Just something I came across while trekking in Himalaya. My companion had been using it for a while so I assumed it wouldn’t kill me 😂. There are many preparations available, not that I am recommending any.
Babu again shows his wisdom. He wasn't twisting it into something special. It's just plain ol' water. Good refreshing water. Not much special about it, just the color.
Just don't drink too much of it it can cause nausea, vomiting, muscle twitches, and confusion if you overdo it.

@@charlottedrolet9000 Don't let that stop you, just don't guzzle it, use it in moderation like any other supplement. Even drinking too much normal water can cause hyponatremia, which is when the sodium content of your blood becomes diluted and it can be life threatening.
Literally the same as regular drinking water lol.

I drink alkaline water, but it’s clear. Never heard of black water before.

I had to sign a waiver in my building because there is lead paint. My building is 100 years old and wouldn't bet there are lead pipes too. I drink bottled water.
The best water I ever drank came from an expensive machine plumbed into the kitchen sink. It was highly alkaline, more than 9.5 level sold in stores. I never felt too full after drinking it. But if we stored some in the fridge it was only effective for 3 days. But it was crystal clear.

@@acommentator4452 Lemon is acidic but it contains organic acids. Organic acids such as citric acid and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) are metabolised by the body. Once these acids are processed by the body or attached to a protein carrier what remains can leave a net alkaline pH balance. It really depends on the food eaten.
