Hey there! Thanks so much for your videos. They're incredibly insightful and I've learned more from them than in any of my statistics classes at university. By the way, I had a hunch you might be a native German speaker, even though your English is excellent!
Thanks for the video. Is there a constraint on the sample size? Is it true that we need atleast 30 saples for a normal distribution? Do we need to first check the samples for normality using Shapiro-Wilk test or Kolmogorov-Smirnov test?
Amazing video :). Just one question. At 15:23 in the video, should the equation for the degrees of freedom be different in the case of Unequal Variance? Many thanks!
Hello, no! paired t test and dependent sample t Test are the same just another name! One tailed and two tailed refers to the hypothesis! Regards Hannah
@@datatab I think dependent T test based on two factors one is Independent and the other factor is dependent . But , in paired T test we have two groups are related to the same sample but the deference between the two groups in paired T test is usually the time ( before & after ). I happy to get correction if I'm wrong.

i like your videos. its very simple yet detailed. You are life saver, many thanks
Many thanks : )

Rely this presentation is very very clear so thank you
DATAtab looks cool.

Sorry for the late reply! No, I do not know that one takes a different formula there! Regards, Hannah
Great video. Would a retrospective study comparing two groups( non hispanic Black and non hispanic White) be unpaired/independent?
yes

Great lecture as usual
Glad you enjoyed it
Awesome video but I have a question about statistical tests ,
Some time the p-value used is 1- tailed and other 2-tailed
Hi, many thanks! Please have a look here: datatab.net/tutorial/hypothesis at Directed and undirected hypotheses
@@datatab thank you
How we know that variance is equal or not
You can use the levene test for equality of variances
thank you so much💓💓
You're welcome 😊
Excellent
Thanks
Thanks!
Welcome!
Thank you so much ♥♥♥♥
Madam when we say the term one tail and two tail test ? Is it same as paired t test or something else 🙏🤲
