I relate to everything you said about the hairdresser! They can be so judgemental cos they want to sell their products but it legit made me switch salons to a lovely lady who never shames me for supermarket shampoo use! She actually said my hair was in better condition since switching to supermarket. I also relate 100 percent on not liking small talk! It's exhausting trying to think of topics sometimes. I feel so bad for hairdressers having to make small talk all day every day! Plus do their actual job of hairdressing at the same time.
Business calls are the worst! I would say im an extroverted person but yet i still haaate them so much. This was an epic video, thank you!!! ❤

Lauren! I feel the same way about wedding and everything that you do. We eloped and then had a small party with close friends and family months later. But I wanted to comment on you calling your ring a fake diamond. Kelsey Kotzur also has a moissanite and had a whole story about a moissanite not being a fake diamond. It’s a moissanite, it’s a gemstone in its own right. You don’t have to down play that it’s not a diamond or it’s a fake diamond. Dont give in to the haters calling it “fake”. ❤

For years I tried making more expensive, “high-end,” shampoo/conditioner work for my hair and it’s made my hair worse. I developed so much more dandruff and itchy scalp. It’s been a year since using Pantene and wow what a difference. I don’t think I’ll ever waste more money on expensive shampoo/conditioner ❤

I also hate appointments, I’ve pretty much done everything myself since I was a girl because my mom had her own salon growing up: so I would go there and learn how to do it myself. The one thing I’d struggle with is getting my hair cut because someone else has to do it for me 🙈😂

Some feedback with the Loungeface brow pencil. I would LOVE to see a cool grey. I know many Indian and Asian people would really appreciate this colour. I find with most brands the darkest brown/black is wayyyy too harsh or warm toned. The only product I have found that works is Anastasia Beverly Hills powder duo in granite, but I would rather support your brand!

Also, I used a very expensive Shampoo & Conditioner brand for years and I actually hated my hair but thought I had to keep using because everyone raved about it. It was sticky, oily, dry through the ends, just overall awfulllllll. I switched to the pink Sunsilk when you first started talking about it and that’s what I’ve been using since. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been 🥹🩷

I live in WA and I have a mobile hairdresser in Kinross. She comes to me with her gorgeous dog or I go to her home. We always share a bottle of wine and nibbles whosever's place we are at 🥂🍾 I really hate sitting in a salon as my hair is very fine and I feel uncomfortable if people can see it close up. Your products look beautiful. Are you considering doing the mascara in brown in the future? 🌷

Is the ‘mole’ you’re referring to Milia? It’s common for us to get it around our eye area as the skin is thin and the protein can build up which results in Milia. I’ve just had a couple removed from the nurses at my dermatologists office. They take two minutes and don’t leave a mark x
I don’t think so! They’re much smaller and usually little balls under the skin. This is more of a clear mole or raised freckle! X
I didn’t comment on the last video on the subject of water 💦 we had a long drought in California people were getting fined for watering their lawns and not conserving water,we currently have days of the week assigned to water lawns where depending on your street number and zip code, we wait our turn to water plants and grass. My family travels to México where they had droughts and buying water was an option in some places but due to corruption some communities would go with out water for weeks at the time businessess were suffering to stay afloat. Climate change is REAL

Don’t be scared! Sooooo many people have switched and have had their hair done since with zero issues, if anything their hairdressers have been complimenting the health of their hair!

I originally got a real diamond engagement ring, 1/2 carat. It’s nice and it’s aged beautifully. It cost a LOT back in the day, I think I got engaged 30+ years ago. My rings stopped fitting me after the birth of our kids and the price of gold restricted us from resizing them so we went to a lab manufactured diamond ring. It’s magnificent. If I could have had that originally, I would have but it wasn’t around when we got engaged. Real diamonds are not worth it. I got a 1.5 carat ring for half the price of the real1/2 carat diamond. And it’s honestly way better. Keep your own name, it’s not really the done thing to be a Mrs anymore. I’ve actually changed back to my maiden name even though we’re still happily married. I did feel like I lost my identity so I corrected that. My MIL refuses to use my maiden name lol.

I really think you're overthinking the hairdresser/ shampoo thing. Just say you use lots of different ones or something, change the subject. I've always said i just use whatever is on special at the supermarket and Ive been to so many hairdressers. Keep in mind social media comments arent real life, people say carzy shit online for attention

Yeah I think “triggered” is the new word like being woke 😂 but I don’t think most people use it correctly, they are more offended or upset than triggered being as triggered means to worsen symptoms of a traumatic event or mental health condition.
Re: saying “triggered” - people are using pop psychology terms far too much and out of context. The frequent use of such terms downplays the severity of people who are actually triggered by something.
Yeah that’s the conclusion I came to after watching that show! Basically watering down the meaning of it
