Speaking as an Irish person ,For anyone that will be visiting Ireland in the nearby future, i highly recommend you to do the tour of the Wild Atlantic Way. If you really want to see Ireland and its breath taking beauty , the west coast is definitely where it all takes place. Dublin is nice but like any country really there is so much more to Ireland than the capital . Cork and Galway are smaller cities but have just as much (or in my opinion ,even more!) charm and hospitality. Hope this helps :)

Simian Droog it might be wet sometimes and cold sometimes, but we just give the weather the finger and enjoy life as it is. im Irish and I wouldn't live in any warmer or drier climate. Fuck the rain and the cold east wind!! this is home and is way more than just a country with 'shite' weather.

We forget how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful. We all want to go and see the world and seem to forget that we're 'escaping' from one of the most overwhelming gorgeous places, untouched by pollution, war and people. I am so lucky to be growing up in Ireland. I'm only 16, but I love it here, Leitrim may not be the most beautiful place in Ireland, but it's home.

I'm American but my heritage is Irish and I've always wanted to move to Ireland to get back to my roots.
Even though Ireland is only 17 degrees south of the Arctic Circle the warm Atlantic winds keep it a bit warmer than the latitude would suggest.Every hurricane which hits Florida will,exhausted, spin across the Atlantic to hit Ireland.Ireland is still cold though....the beaches are freezing.

im from cork city and i swear to god the people in clare,galway and mayo are the nicest people i have ever met in my life.i love cork city but to be honest with ya i wanna move to either of those 3 countys.Kerry is beautiful when it comes to land but they were never welcoming towards me.

Every tour guide every documentary about Ireland always shows Galway and Dublin the most u do know there is alot more to ireland then the farm lands and country side not every Irish person had an Irish accent in ireland we have estates maybe other countries might not but with estates its loads of houses together and a gate around them if u are visiting Ireland best place to stay is in trabogan its a fun and amazing place with loads of green area and activities to do I went there and I loved it maybe u will to
