That Tramontina set you got will outlive your grandkids. I had it for 6 years before I lost them in a moving accident. My UHaul busted open and some people started stealing my stuff right out of the street. I tried ‘upgrading’ to GreenPan. That set didn’t last me more than a year before the coating came off. Told my husband when we get our own place again I am getting another set of the Tramontina sets.
I got the same cook set of the 2nd u showed I wanted it for my bday bc it was comeing up an my old cook set was sticking almost had them for 2years an still doing awsome

I honestly didn’t give myself a budget. You can always make do with what you have by buying what’s most important first and getting the wants later on. $500 is a reasonable/somewhat affordable budget to get the needs for your first apartment. Towels, rags, pots & pans, cleaning supplies, food, etc. If you’d like I can make a detailed video on how I budgeted/ saved for my first apartment.
