@@michelemarr76 One can certainly blame Putin for having the same policy as JFK. But challenging countries with huge militaries is a mistake. Now Ukraine is suffering as Cuba did and still is. We have the Monroe Doctrine and the Wolfowitz Doctrine. Russia has similar policies. Big countries are always going to put their own survival above the interests of little countries.
