It's not only a highway, but it's also a perfect place to stroll, bike, and enjoy the beautiful sunset down the horizon. The city has another new tourist destination that enjoys the river view. For sure, it will be a major investment to come in the area. It could be a new township, BPOs, and malls. I am blown away by your amazing aerial and ground-level video.

#jerrytreñas #DPWH VI #officeofthecityplanninganddevelopmentcoordinator. Only the Batiano River will remain beside the Esplanades. This Batiano River is linked to the IloIlo River at the City Proper. I hope someday they will develop the Batiano River all the way to its link at Villa Arevalo so that people/residents can take a boat ride direct from the Diversion Road to Villa Beach while cruising the river! That will be a new attraction and transportation passage to ease land traffic.
