@derdianmetal Another thing: What orchestral banks are you using? I think the string sections in your songs could sound even more realistic with the right samples and orchestral arrangements. It sucks that you have no saying in the production, because your music is GREAT otherwise. I started listening to you a few days ago just and I am already hooked. I've been running Battleplan on repeat for 3 hours now!

I'm not very good at this whole production deal, but comparing to records by say Rhapsody of Fire, it feels as if they have more depth in their sound. The bassdrum is more apparent and I think their snaredrum is a bit more compressed with more reverb. (I'm not comparing to this youtube recording, I listen to your songs using Spotify).
@derdianmetal yeah record labels suck like that... but you could always do what Dream Theater did and take full control of the production of your music ;)
I really like the melodies and arrangements of Deridan, but their production (mixing, mastering) isn't great. I hope they will improve in the future. Everything is just a bit weak and sounds a bit dirty.
