- This walking tour of Positano was filmed on May 12th, 2018. Take a walk through the coastal village of Positano, one of the most popular tourist destinations along the Amalfi Coast and in all of Italy. Positano began as a fishing village and is now known for its beautiful beaches and high-class boutiques. This walk starts high up on the hill and continues down to the beach where you will see the bright colored houses that fill the hills leading down to the coast. 🎧For an even more immersive experience, be sure to put on your headphones and listen in 3D audio.

My overnights in the region are usually in Sorrento, but occasionally we change it up and stay in Positano. I recommend both. Be prepared with your camera for the crazy winding drive and views of the sea below.
This must be one of the most beautiful places on earth,I have enjoyed this video so much,love the colours.

I lived and worked in Naples during the early sixties and visited Positano several times. Judging from the video, it has turned into a tourist trap.
Heavily marketed areas of the world tend to become touristy...... I'm from Hawaii..... nuff said....
Establishment of the EU has made tourism travel very big business. There are times when you think no Italians are living in some of the vacation spots, since you hear every other language but that.

a tip for whenever youll go there: don't follow the crowd of turists, that will ruin you experience. just go around and there is always something cool (a small church, a tiny cute building or a view on the sea), also for the food, dont go to turistic restaurants, theyre food is fine but not as the real italian food. what i wrote is not just for positano, also for the big cities (rome, florence, bologna, naples...). wish u a nice trip :)

ProWalks We drove! Stayed in Sorrento for a few days and took the boat out to Capri for a day. Then we drove down to Positano! Beautiful views.

Hi Kiho, Thanks for supporting my channel! So I am an American currently working in Italy. My wife and I and our three kids have lived there almost four years. My uncle suggested that I start making walking videos while living in Italy since he liked to watch them while on his treadmill and I thought that sounded like a great idea. I am currently on vacation back in the states visiting family and am planning on a doing a few walks while I am here. I have never been to South Korea but maybe someday I'll be doing a walk there. I have many more destinations on my list but as of right now my videos are just a little side hobby. I have been surprised by the growth of the channel so far and am hoping it continues. I recently got a 360 camera and this weekend I am planning on filming two walks with it. I am a bit behind on posting my walks...but I will probably try to get the 360 videos as soon as possible. I don't think I'll be including captions or titles which should save me some time with editing.
