I looked for some of the brushes you use and off another UA-camr found this company Rosemary and co. They make handmade brushes when I found the rigger and mop brushes, not expensive, from the uk…🙏🏽🙋🏻♀️👍🏽Mia Happy New Year to you!

For anyone curious... 🤔
The bucket is normally used for Mr. MustardPants to haul all of his plein aire supplies down and upstairs again where his art studio is located. He had recently discovered a Robin's nest with eggs inside in the bottom of the bucket though, so he's had to haul everything (easel included) down the main staircase in order to capture the grand mountain view from his front porch. (What a nice guy, eh?!) 🫶😊

I appreciate the inclusion of colors you are using as you go in your commentary. Also, your comments about angle of light, distance, etc. are helpful to draw my focus to the whys of what you are doing!

Thank you. I think you are referring to my Rosemary & Co #1 rigger brush. I use it for small trees and branches.

Love to watch and listen while you paint! Do you ever use a blow dryer to speed up the drying, or do you just let it dry on its own?
Hey John. I like to let the wet in wet larger washes dry on their own. Little details I use a dryer.

Thanks Kevin. I learned something this year. Paint an area with as few strokes as possible and then just leave it. Don't fiddle with it.
