My iPhone in cracked can this glue helps? Thank you great video 🤍
I've never used it to repair a phone. I'm not sure that's a good idea. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Really helpful for one who hasn’t done a glass project. Like the cats strolling in the back ground!
Yes, the cats like to photo bomb my videos! Thank you for the kind comment and for visiting, have a great day.
Yah, cats are ok. After all, they can't help the fact that they are NOT DOGS 🐶 👍✌️
Thanks, Wayne. This is exactly what I needed and you did a great job.
Glad it helped Thank you for the kind comment and for visiting, have a great day.
Lots of detail....Excellent teaching! Thank You!
Thank you! Glad it was helpful. Thank you for the kind comment and for visiting, have a great day.
Thanks, really helpful tips. Would this work for gluing glass edges together? If you'd tried that, did the glue stand out or almost invisible?
I have not tried that but think it would work. If I get time I will try it but I am way behind on my list of videos now. If you try it, pleas let me know how it worked for you. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
Hello Wayne, i have a Question...
Does this glue get yellow or cloudy over time or due to heat/light?
Because i wanted to try using this glue for a flashlight lens that broke.
Because its quite a powerful flashlight im afraid that it will change in clearness due to the heat and light exposure, which would ruin the focus a bit.
Nice Video :D
I have only used it on items that are indoors, so I don't know. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
Hi Wayne, just want to say thanks for taking time to share this; it's what I needed sir!! Thanks again
Glad to help Thank you for the kind comment and for visiting, have a great day.

I have not tried that so I don't know, Sorry. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
Hi Wayne. I have a couple of old windows, cannot remove frame from house, and the panes are cracked . Any ideas?
A lot of old windows had a type of putty holding the glass in. If this is what you have, you can remove the putty and replace the glass. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
Thank you for this video, I received 6 Murano glass figurines I purchased on ebay that arrived in pieces.. I may try this.
I'm so sorry, that is really to bad. Good luck if you decide to try this. You might want to watch this video as well. You might find it helpful. studio.ua-cam.com/users/videoSy5OloVaNIE/edit

Thanks for your video. Looking to use it to repair a crack in a glass lampshade so I want it to wick into the crack. Just wondering what consistency the Loctite is; from the looks of your video would it be water consistency? Thanks.
Yes, it is very thin. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Would this secure a plastic suction cup to a glass pane better?
I don't know but I would guess it would not work very well. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Will it work on window glass crack?
I have only used like I showed in the video. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
Thanks for your excellent video.
Very informative.
You are very welcome and thank you for visiting, have a great day.
Hi Wayne, noticed that the glue packaging said dishwasher safe, have you, or anyone you know, ever used this glue on glass food surfaces ?
I have not and don't know anyone who has. Sorry, Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Great video. My glass funnel's neck tip broke off... at the bottom where it ends at a 45 degree angle. I wonder if I should glue the piece back on or just grind down the end on an angle to finish it again. Thanks.
I don't know but I would try gluing the broken piece on first and if it does not hold then grind the end. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
@@DIYwithWaynewould this work on a fireplace glass? A small piece is cracked at the bottom.
Thanks for this man. Broke a glass panel at work. This is gonna save my ass

HELP.. I have just used this Lactate super glue glass on a large broken bowl.. I did this repair on a quartz kitchen countertop.. I must have accidentally gotten some super glue under the glass bowl and onto the quartz counter top.. Now it is stuck on my kitchen counter top.. Is there some solution I can use to put on and to unstick it.. I am horrified at what I've done
There is a release agent for super glue. Hobby stores should have it but I would call the manufacturer first to check if it will damage your counter top
Thank you Wayne youre a blessing be safe my dude
I appreciate that. Hope you will continue to watch our videos. Thank you for the nice comment. Have a great day.

I have a long crack on top of my curved glass that is on top of my curio. Do you suggest I fill the crack with gorilla glue? I just have electrical tape going across the top of the crack to hide it but the tape looks worse than the crack.
Hello Thomas, I have not used the glass glue in your type of repair. However, I would try adding the glass glue to the crack and let it get into the crack. After it dries really well, I would use a razor blade to remove any glue that is on top of the glass. This is only a suggestion, but it is what I would try. If you do repair your glass, please comment back with your experience. It could benefit others with a similar problem. Good luck with your repair.
Does it work on a mirror?
It should, I have not tried it but it is glass so I would expect it to work. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Thank you Wayne I have been wondering which glue to use because I broke my childhood bowl.
Hello Joey, If your bowl is glass, I would expect it to work. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
I broke my childhood bowl too. I loved that bowl, it would hold at least a gram of bud. 😛🤣👍✌️
Would this work for making glass serving trays? Using glass plates and candle holders to make 3 tier trays.
I would think so but I have not tried that before. I would suggest doing a test first. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Thanks. Now i can fix my bong.
Glad you found this video helpful. Good luck and have a great day!

Is this effective to attach the mouth of the bottle to the buttom under to have Candelabra DIY project
Dionesio, if you are attaching glass to glass it should work just fine. Clean both surfaces with alcohol before you glue them. Good luck! Let us know how your project goes. Have a great day.

Would this glue work on quartz and with stand heat?
We have never tried the Glass Glue on anything but glass. Loctite makes a basic epoxy that probably would work well for you. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
Does this look obvious from the other side when cured?
I can't say for all applications but in my case it was not. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
@@DIYwithWayne thanks 😊 I’ll keep you updated with the results. Have a nice day 👍
Can I use it to repair my dinning table glass?
I have not tried it to glue edges together but I don't know of anything that would be more likely to work. Good luck and please let us know if it works and have a great day.
@@DIYwithWayne 😊
Did it work? asking for a friend 😬
does this work on a house glass window
I would expect it to work the same as it did in the video. If you have a different experience, let us know. Thanks for visiting and have a great day.
Should i cure it with UV light or natural sunlight?
Natural light works just fine. Thanks for your question and have a great day.
Anyone do this on a bong ? 😂

Yes
Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Wonder what the RI is.
I use this to cover a huge crack on my car windshield...
Did it work
@@andrewzimm0689 no. The crack was too big. So from 1/4 of the windshield it became 1/2 of the windshield...

i use gorilla glue for last 8 years on my motorhome cant afford a new windshield and when i got motorhome and had 5 chips they wanted 300.00 for 5 rock chips
It sounds like a good product. Thanks for the information. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
It doesn't work..Everything I have used it on has fallen to bits
That surprises me. I have only used it in the glass photo frame and it has worked great. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
@@DIYwithWayne A thought.. I live in New Zealand and the sunshine here is fierce to put it mildly. The glass 'thing' I made was from 20mm squares stacked one on top of the other, so they were glued on the flat surface..I made it as a Light Catcher..It sat on the window sill so the evening sun shone through it...Makes sense to me ...But it was in the sun all day. As I said, N.Z. sun is destructive, it is renowned for it. Lack of Ozone and stuff like that..Maybe that affected it...???? It simply disintegrated..for the 3rd time..

I'm here because I broke my fathers award, it was glass type. The glue gave up, because it was too old.
I'm so sorry about the broken award. I think this should work for your broken award if you will be gluing glass to glass. Good luck, let us know if it worked.
Very poor product in UK. On the strength of this video I bought the product, but it didn't hold. Gorilla glue was better
Sorry you had a bad experience, it worked well for us. The repair I made in the video is still holding. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
That glue probably cost more than the frame
Maybe you're right, but it made a good illustration for how to use the Glass Glue by Loctite. Have a great day.
Do not use as hair gel! lol!
LOL. Hopefully, because there was so much in the news about using for hairspray, people got the message. Have a great day.
Thank you sir
