    It’s hard to have an actual idea of how impressive Kipchoge’s record break is unless you have running experience.
    Seeing this just shows the levels at which Kipchoge is at.

      @@adityakr7895 I don’t know if he is from this area,but Kenya has an area where people live that’s 8000 feet above sea level.
      Being born and raised in that altitude mean your lungs work twice as hard as everyone else’s until they have adjusted to it.
      Then they train up there.
      Their lungs are something people that live at sea level couldn’t understand without altitude masks.

    Top speed of Nordictrack's treadmills are 12 MPH, or 5 min per mile pace or 3:07 minutes per kilometer. AssaultRunner treadmills assuming you can run fast enough will let you hit that speeds, which is why it feels harder, because you where never running that fast on the treadmill.
    There is no proof or time from the treadmills are ever shown, but the truth is they where running 5 minute mile pace or slower.

I came to judge for myself instead, and you're making amazing content (and all by yourself at that haha). Keep doing you!! Also, I totally disagree with the attractiveness rating, lol do they not take fitness into account for that or?

    the more tries they get the higher the time would get, because of seeing the competition and have a target to achieve, that's why at the end they just kept getting higher.

    Great video, but I don’t believe for a second that they’re running at Kipchoge’s marathon pace. Not many treadmills even go that fast haha

    And thats why Kipchoge is the goat as a Kenyan he is the pride of the nation in a country that churns out the GOATS of long distance running.
    But Kipchoge is a level above the rest he's won 16 out of the 19 pro marathons he's participated in.

    • @armaanjoshi7404
      @armaanjoshi7404 Рік тому +2

      yeah they were pacers, which means they ran like about 10km with him then went off and let others who were fresh to run with him.
      This is also the reason its not considered an "official" world record because he had alternating pacers helping him along with a pace car that blocked some headwind for him
