Between me and my kids, we eat a lot of fruit leather. Been wanting to try this for years. First heard about it on the AT in 2009. I tried someone's dehydrated applesauce on trail and it was great. Thanks for the added tips on consistency and thickness.
Yes, aeropress makes some darn good coffee. Recently I have been using a moka pot and have really enjoyed that. Yes making things in the dehydrator has been s lot of fun. Thanks for watching!
The trays I got came with the model of dehydrator I got. I would recommend checking with the manufacturer of your dehydrator to see if they offer them.
Admittedly I kind of got sidetracked in life and haven’t done much with dehydration. I do remember that it is harder to do with fruit that is mostly water unless something like applesauce is added to it. Oranges and such are mostly juice so their may not be much left after dehydration. But again, that is just a guess. Thanks for watching.

Yeah, it turned out really good and was super easy. Also, your house will smell nice and fruity while dehydrating haha!

@@Everydaybackpacker Moka pots also make great coffee. They just take a bit more skill in my experience. You're welcome. 😁
Looks good now I have to go get a dehydrator and figure out how to do it myself

Edible fruit leather
Is it possible to make this with oranges/clementines? I watched another video stating they wouldn't try citrus but didn't say why.
