Hey guys, once again it's a pleasure to see you guys, Yes vedesh Kevin is right, you have to put baking powder in your flour, Some people put yeast in their flour when making aloo pie, some don't, 1, yeast give the pie a crunchy when you bite down on it,2 No yeast give your pie a soft and tenderness, Neither is the wrong way, it's just what you prefer, I make my pie with yeast, So much much love to you both, from your biggest fan Sanjay Beharry, from Manhattan Kansas ( USA)
