Thank you for this. I felt for a long time that I wasn't investing, but your concept of investing in training, education, and certifications is affirming. A few years ago I was teaching high school and feeling burned out by all of the bureaucracy, conflicting agendas, and lack of respect in the classroom. I invested in an online, self-paced masters degree and found a job as an instructional designer. Now, two years later, I'm making nearly double what I was making. Great advice, And I'm loving your channel! Thanks for sharing the wisdom.
Saving typically results in you earning a lower return but with virtually no risk. In contrast, investing allows you the opportunity to earn a higher return, but you take on the risk of loss in order to do so
Whichever firm you select, make sure you get your insurance from a reputable financial adviser, such as *Jenny Pamogas Canaya,* who has dedicated her career to financial planning. Because they will assist you in escalating, navigating better, and completing the task in a safer manner||.
I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses.
I chose to create a “solution” combined with “travel”. I am on disability benefits but I do own a house. I can’t afford the upkeep of the house but it is in good nick. After much research (btw thanks for your input) I decided to sell the house and invest the capital and move to India to live cheaply. I’m investing 75% in global equity (split into two funds so the fees are low) and 25% in global small cap equity (for a little extra juice). I’m looking at maybe a little more than 10% a year in the long run of which I can safely spend up to £8,000 per annum. It costs £5,000 a year to live in India and I shall reinvest the rest or spend it on vacations to nearby Asian countries between visas. Why struggle here when I can enjoy myself elsewhere?
Do a ton of research on culture and expats stories after they moved there and have stayed for at least 6 months. Im sure you already know this but I read about people who go on a whim and suffer from the massive culture shock that is entirely unavoidable unless you have already lived there. Most people recommend to go and stay for a 2 or 3 week vacation first.
Very interesting idea and responses. That's right, you need to know what you are getting into when you choose to live in a different culture. Is it legal to claim UK benefits while living elsewhere? A lot of us Brits live in France or Spain while taking a UK pension. Is this wrong, illegal or immoral?
Every time I watch one of your videos - I just take a step back after the first time I do, and look at how differently you approached a very common concept or topic, and how reassuring it was for me, as I believe I do think differently from most people. That means a lot to me. Specifically, the Travel little details and Investing in courses aspect - those blew me away - exactly what I think and exactly what I do. Much love 💕 and respect from Canada 🇨🇦.
Bottom line is about understanding yourself, not flipping out over the little bumps in life and enjoying each day you get up ( tomorrow is a gift it’s not guaranteed). Pay ATTENTION this amazing Woman (Nischa ) has a wonderful gift an gets what life is all about. Till next time ,thanks again for your insight 💐
I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. I don’t have anyone to turn to for help, I’ve been trying to save but I can’t because of bills and renting my apartment and everything. But this, literally helped me look to a brighter future. My grandma is crippled so she cannot do work or anything. Most people have parents to turn to but I don’t talk to my mom or dad. This literally helped me so much because since i met *VRI TOKEN* the real issue i have about debt was solve in some weeks am sure before Feb of my birthday i will be home owner.
VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well
Hello from USA, Understanding value is key Many just jump on the bandwagon because all their friends are doing it. Success is a simple mindset! (good idea for a future video) Invest your time before you invest your money! 1000 is a good starting point. Changing daily habits makes a huge difference. again, I always enjoy your content & have dozens of ideas for amazing financial videos. Thanks.
Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. *VRI TOKEN* made it stay at that range and getting it up
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!
A wise saying about investing according to my Friend who is a CFA is to be Patient and Think Long-Term. She said, “The stock market is a device to transfer money from the impatient to the patient.”
Investing in stocks a small amount in companies I believe in following in-depth research, buying, holding & being patient is working well for me. Great video Nischa I totally agree with you investing in your self development and online courses has helped me greatly the part few years 😊
The part about expedites is so important as is travel. Simple things like going for walk etc..I live some 20 miles away from a sea front & walks like these really help you to rewind. Another thing I enjoy is galleries & the cinema. Simple everyday things a couple of times a month can make a huge difference.
I wanna let you know that *VRI TOKEN* made it this year. What better way to start a global change? Don't get me wrong I know they are not like altruists or something but they keep doing the right thing to improve the situation, power the ecomonmy and so much more. We need players like them and we can always jump in the train at good spots such as this one
Keep it up! A lot has changed and this applies to everything, but the truth is that I don't even care about the bulls and bears anymore because Celia Sandel has protected me because I make €13,000 a week
When referencing corporate America, he said “They don’t really care about you as they make it seem” realest thing he said...I’ve seen experienced it first hand in the DMV. Black ppl aren’t really respected in corporate America. Glad that he was able to get out of there and become his own boss *VRI TOKEN*
Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. I’m 26 with over 800 credit score, time was put into that to build it up by *VRI TOKEN*
I’ve been with *VRI TOKEN* for more than five years and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in terms of investing. I use my self-directed IRA with Preferred Trust Company. I work with my Investment Representative from Ignite Funding who is very professional and knowledgeable as well as the other employees in other departments. I get answers to my questions right away. I have more than 20 loans at the moment and interests are paid in a timely manner. I’m grateful to have them.
I drove my first car in my dad's name and later went to get a truck in mine after I paid off my first one and drove off the lot with the truck I wanted, its mostly about a good credit score and a loan portfolio helps as well...lenders like to see various forms of loans in your name to be less of a risk and yes you might have to put money down but not HALF of the car loan Your exactly right I screwed my credit as a young man now I own a detailing company and can't get anything with out the full amount of cash. I'm working on my credit to get better with , Love the knowledge keep it up *VRI TOKEN*
Nischa invested in herself by learning new skills such as videomaking and look what has happened! Her UA-cam channel is galloping its way towards the first one million subscriber milestone at a record-breaking speed. Even as I write this comment, we learn about Nischa having been invited by the UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to spend some time at Number 10 Downing Street. Nischa, all your achievements indicate that there IS something called The British Dream. And as you visit Number 10 Downing Street to meet another inspiring trailblazer, your work on this channel continues to be a great inspiration. Sincere congratulations. (3 May 2023).
Hi, love your videos. could you do one on how a company director getting paid by paye and dividends can effectively structure themselves for cost effective taxes.
Have you talked in depth about your Virtual Assistant? That would be very interesting. How you picked, what you hand off to the, how you manage it on-going, etc.
This is one of the many favorite video you upload love the message throughout the video. Definitely agree with the travel aspect in life it’s definitely long term memories. Thanks Nischa.
Can you make a video showing your studio set-up and how you've organized everything in your room to ensure the best quality in terms of lighting and audio when recording your videos?
Thank you so much for these informative videos, I came across your channel today. Is there a possibility of having less you tube adverts on your channel
hey im 17 year olds and have been doing this since I was 15, briefly. Where should one invest their money in such volatile times like today, in your personal opinion?
Hey, do you have a video on how to set up offshore accounts ? Only just came accross your channel and it’s so informative and easy to understand! Love the editing too!
Interesting talk about *VRI TOKEN* I suggest anyone to listen to the guy talking about it in the video. Personally I didn't think they would really do that but seems like the launch just happened and there are enough slots available, could be worth huh
You make a lot of pertinent points. Education is about the single biggest was you can invest in yourself. Learning a valuable niche skill. Absolutely right with Python. Finding a good course on it though is the hard part.
Stocks are falling and bond yields are rising, but markets still don’t seem convinced the Federal Reserve will pursue plans to keep increasing interest rates until inflation is under control. I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $117k stocck portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market?
The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
Hi Nischa! Thanks for your content... it's so helpful. I want to develop content to monetise it in the future... what are the best courses or resources to learn about digital marketing/content creation, etc?
Hi thanks for the video theres some excellent info in them, I have traveled for the last 5 years which i have lots of experiances i will always have memories. . im all for self improvment which is why im watching your videos. I also am undertaking a python course on udemy which i have just started. Im interested in a safe way to invest and it would be good to learn more about the best platforms to do this though. Im on a pretty low salary but this is because the area in which i live and its also hard because i dont live near any collages or uni's. To up skill or re train If you habe any advice for me that would be great.
If I'm to be honest my partner is what's holding me back as she literally spends every penny within days of me getting paid and it's not like I don't earn good wages as I do it's just she totally over spends and whenever I try to talk to her about it she just loses it and causes arguments and as I just want a quiet life without drama I've let her get away with it for almost 10yrs now
I'm a female and I don't agree with her over spending and getting annoyed like that. There is a way for both of you to work that out. I'm assuming yall have a joint account or she uses your card? My mother doesn't get alot per month but I try to manage her finances as best as possible cause she use to buy food that she wouldn't eat and it would go bad for instance.
Would it be worth going with her to a financial planner to discuss your future together? If she sits with you in a room with an 'expert' (in her perception) it may be easier for her to take the information in without her resorting to personal attacks or feeling personally attacked. You could go the route of just putting your foot down as you are the one earning the money, but I get the impression that she'd escalate that situation and you'd just end up in a massive row. If you restructure some of how the funds flow when they come in so they are automatically being moved into other accounts for saving/investment purposes, this may help as there'd be smaller pot for her to have to manage around. But also, if she cannot understand that and respect you enough to work with you on this, you may have bigger issues. Also, I don't see why she cannot go out and get a part time job to bring in some of her own spending money. Good luck!
You're good at talking but in the end there's nothing applicable that I could take from this video, getting a raise won't make you wealthy. "Traveling" doesn't answer the question "how do I invest my first $1k", ect ect. It's like telling people to look for the answer somewhere else, not on your channel - go travel and do a zip line
I am a longtime user of your investment software program. It is a very useful bit of software, and saves me tons of time at tax time each year. Thanks for the great support over the years, keep this good thing going, *VRI TOKEN* is amazing hands down the best.

Investing my first $1,000 into my Roth IRA was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made.
What about my first £1k ? Do the same rules apply ?
Great content as always, where did you find your virtual assistant?

How do you style your hair? With which tools?
Hi Nischa , would you recommend 212 trading or etoro? Or something different?
What if you are an American living in the UK and aren't a millionaire? Almost no options to invest!
Hi Nischa! Thanks for your content... it's so helpful. I want to develop content to monetise it in the future... what are the best courses or resources to learn about digital marketing/content creation, etc?

You could go the route of just putting your foot down as you are the one earning the money, but I get the impression that she'd escalate that situation and you'd just end up in a massive row. If you restructure some of how the funds flow when they come in so they are automatically being moved into other accounts for saving/investment purposes, this may help as there'd be smaller pot for her to have to manage around. But also, if she cannot understand that and respect you enough to work with you on this, you may have bigger issues. Also, I don't see why she cannot go out and get a part time job to bring in some of her own spending money. Good luck!
Marry me instead ; )
Get rid of the baggage or get her some counselling
You're good at talking but in the end there's nothing applicable that I could take from this video, getting a raise won't make you wealthy. "Traveling" doesn't answer the question "how do I invest my first $1k", ect ect. It's like telling people to look for the answer somewhere else, not on your channel - go travel and do a zip line
I am a longtime user of your investment software program. It is a very useful bit of software, and saves me tons of time at tax time each year. Thanks for the great support over the years, keep this good thing going, *VRI TOKEN* is amazing hands down the best.
My father is so well travelled but has zero cognitive flexibility. 😂
